After receiving mats, it was all defective and I tried contacting the company. After several days, they asked me to send pictures and a short video. Once I did that, their email was no longer working. Basically scammed me. Sent multiple messages to let them know their email comes back undeliverable. Even just emailing them 1 sentence. It was as if they no longer existed. So I filled a complaint dispute with PayPal and they refunded me. All the sudden, Carsilk tried getting a hold of me and called me from a scam number of social security name. So they dont even show a number from Carsilk. They harassed me to send me another bad product when I told them their product is no good and I wanted a full refund because they dont have guarantee as stated. They insisted and I refused to deal with them. Beware and dont waste your time or money.

Late delivery and the drivers mat didn’t fit properly. When emailed to ask what was happening, the reply came saying they were taking longer to ensure a quality fit. As busy people, we didn’t fit them straight away, but were first told that their measurements were correct. Second time, I sent a short video showing the errors clearly, only to be told all mis-measures should be reported within 15 days. The warranty didn’t cover anything. I have raised the issue again with them and have been offered 10% off our next purchase, as if we would buy again! No morals even when you prove they can’t hold a tape measure!

The two layer "carpet" is not carpet at all, its a boot brush material that feels and looks like the coarse part of velcro, but longer. Its wild given the luxury they purport to sell

Don't waste your time with their falsely advertised products. I ordered perforated leather seat covers for my Tesla Model S and they sent me cheap non-perforated vinyl seat covers that would not work with my ventilated seats. They refused to honor the 14 day money back guarantee and refused to provide me a prepaid shipping label or a RMA. I have been battling the charge with Paypal and my credit card company for months.

So called Custom Floor Mats are anything but. After a very long wait I finally received my floor mats only to discover the buttons that are supposed to hold the mats in place are misaligned and do not match up with the button on the floor of the car. When I told Carsilks about the issue they had me jump through hoops, such as provide a video (pictures weren't enough) of the installation. When I finally got the videos to them, they claim they do not see an issue with the button and to just use Velcro to hold the mats in place. Absolute BS!

Absolutely junk. Mats are not anywhere close to the right size.
I ordered the 2 layer carpet mats. The "carpet" is some kind of crappy plastic layer.
Customer service team will not refund my money unless I pay the shipping cost back to Vietnam!

Very long delivery time for my seat covers. I need some help with parts of the installation but was given a You tube video of a different car with different styles of covers. I was told that was close enough and that was all Carsilk offered me for help with my installation.
Terrible customer service and i did not get everything I expected from my order.

I ordered diamond cut car mats but they arrived not as described on their website and as soon as I received them I contacted the carsilk in regards of returning the item and it got complicated from there ! They asked for numerous pictures and videos of the product which I provided promptly ! It takes ages tk get hold of them via email as that is the only possible communication with their customer support team, after weeks of waiting they offered me $15 discount but I wanted to return the item and they just would not let me return my unused item back them, I wrote trust pilot review a while ago and they stated and replied that my case is under review and guess what nothing is happening I would highly recommend to avoid this company .

If there is a neg review they would get it order #16107 they wanted pic so I sent them pic of front back and console got my order was missing seat/console all the head rest were way to small .Try to get hold of them for over a week many emails and phone call no answer. This is the worse customer service I have ever had

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM CARSILK!! Carsilk is by far the very worst company I have ever dealt with. Seat covers that are far too big. Will not respond to emails. I am out close to $400.00. Carsilk is an absolute joke. Over 60 emails to them and no response.NO SUPPORT FROM PAYPAL OR MASTERCARD. Repeat do not deal with this joke of a company. All their crap is made in China.

Don’t Buy anything from them. I Buy front mats and they never send it to me.

I'v'e order carmats Nov 26, 2025 and received the carmats about 6 weeks later. I put a youtube video review of how bad the mats were made and they wouldn't respond. Since t hen I opened a dispute with Credit Card sked them to refund. I tried contacting support again, they said I have to cancel the cc dispute they will remake and send them to me. The CC gave them back the money. I've been emailing them and they will not respond. They don't have phone number. Basically, I can't reopen a dispute since it was closed. They stole my money.

CarSilk website doesn't include a leave a review category because 90% of the customers are greatly dissatisfied. But CarSilk will go to a independent stand alone review site,read the comments of there terrible services & respond to the individuals comments via a 3rd party review site,that tells you all you need to about this scam of a Chinese owned & operated place.

I placed an order in November 23rd. First, I didn't received any news during a month. Then, the company send me an email saying that they were technically unable to complete the order (it's a very very basic car) and offered a refund. Despite many emails, the company keep on saying that they would refund me next week, at the end of the month, beginning of next month. Now, they are not responding and I didn't get the refund.

this place is a scam, send me the wrong car mats, then when i wanted to get it replaced, they refuse to replace it or refund me. Stay away!

Don't buy from these people. I ordered car mats. Accidentally, clicked car seat covers as well. I Immediately, wrote them to tell them I didn't want the car seat covers. They said they would refund that.

Of course, they never did. And, the mats don't fit at all. I have sent emails, photos, and videos. They still aren't convinced, although I've had an auto mechanic, a person does aviation interiors, and various other people try to make them fit. They might another car, but not mine. I have emailed them more than a few times that I was going to write a truthful review. They don't seem to care that they have a very unhappy customer.

They have been totally unresponsive. So, what I have now is a bill for well over $300 and none of it is any good.

THEY ARE WORST COMPANY, WITH WHICH, I HAVE DEALT IN MY 72 YEARS OF LIVING.

STAY AWAY.

Update. They keep asking for more and more videos. I have sent a whole set of videos (twice). set of photos (twice), and dozens of emails. For them to say they can't identify me is ridiculous. I have dozens of emails from them that keep requesting the same things over and over again.

Fast turn around time. Great price. Even better quality!

This company is a complete scam. I ordered floor mats back in November of 2025. 1 month had passed and I never got a tracking number, so I emailed the support team for an update. They responded that they were unable to fulfill my order and offered store credit or a refund. I requested the refund. It has been 2 months of me constantly emailing, asking for an update on my refund. Each time, "Joey" responds with the run-around, saying "It takes 2 weeks to process refunds". I am now out of $150 with no floor mats, and I am sure I will never get this refund.

I proudly filed a complaint with the Canadian BBB against this company and have even thought of taking them to small claims court. I am an irritated consumer and fell for this scam. Order anywhere but here.

I purchased floor mats for my 2026 GV80. After waiting more than eight weeks, I finally received a set that looked cheap, poorly made, and nothing like what was advertised. I installed them briefly but removed them almost immediately because they made the interior of my car look worse.

I contacted customer service for assistance, but they refused to help. To make matters worse, my account was charged twice at the time of purchase. I requested a refund a long time ago and have still not received it.

Buyers should be very cautious when purchasing these products. The items shown in the advertisements do not match what is actually delivered, and the company shows little concern for customer satisfaction.

I have two cars and use different floor mats. One set is WeatherTech, and after installing the CarSilks mat in my other vehicle, I noticed it fits a bit better and sits more naturally on the floor. The material also feels solid for regular use, and the price was lower compared to what I paid before. So far, it's been doing the job well.
