Great service!
Was finally able to pay off my DAS and I had the help from Paul Mowat who made me feel at ease with explaining the process. His clear, professional and understanding manner didn’t go unnoticed! Finally debt free!! Overall, Carrington Dean have helped me get out of debt and were always very helpful when I had to call them, very grateful for their service!

Good morning, I made a payment on May 1st, 2026, for £338, and I paid through the app, but my payment has not yet been updated. I would like to confirm how many instalment I still need to pay.
Every time I send an email C Dean staff never reply, but if I'm late with a payment I receive several emails in a single day. This is very frustrating, you treat people like crap. I hope everyone stays far away from this company, the communication is awful, they only think about themselves.

How has this company got 4.9
How has this company got 4.9? Go to the Google reviews and you will find out how useless they are.
I am currently on dmp with this company and I have to say after 4 months, I am actually worse off.. your Credit file still gets damaged, missed payments still continously getting reported, call centres abroad, takes ages for an email response... I mean it starts off well but after you are finally signed up and money starts coming up.. it starts to go down hill.. one of my debts just got sold on, when I signed up the debt was at £1233, even after payments its jumped up to £1633(according to comp that bought it), how's that even possible.. I could go on. 0 stars of possible
I am now going to financial ombudsman as this company is useless
