10/04/2026 UPDATE: Call received from Male calling on behalf of Carrington Dean today - Friday 10th of April 2026 at 15:21 lasting 16 minutes and 18 seconds.
Call was from Carrington Dean Advisor, not Sean (Manager).
Advisor disclosed that he had been asked to contact myself due to emails passed to him and ongoing issues regarding my annual review.
I when asked again provided full information requested when prompted including number of people in household including children and income/outgoings.
Advisor advised that he would now be taking over dealing with this matter, and taking sole ownership of this matter to see it through to conclusion.
After assessing information provided by myself during call when provided, information which has been provided on several different occasions to separate advisors including Reena Sonea and Allya Cotobally and included in emails sent to general Carrington Dean email address from November 2025 until present - Male advisor this afternoon confirmed what I already know hence my repeated attempts to resolve, that the final figure is negative and I have no income left after calculation is made to pay any further outgoings.
I was advised by Male advisor that with this information he would send me an email following call to which if there was anything I sought to add I could do so by replying to email and if no contact was made by myself he would forward this email to my Trustee with information provided - again, requesting for Trust Deed to be closed due to me no longer being in a financial position to pay.
Male advisor then sought to discuss one thing prior to call ending, this being the one star review left on Trustpilot which was deemed a negative comment and asked if following his call to myself and the action he said he will personally take to resolve my issue if I would be willing to remove the review.
I advised Carrington Dean Advisor that until matter is fully resolved and I have received confirmation in writing that Trust Deed has been closed and that no further debt is owed by myself that review would remain but upon confirmation of closure and subsequent completion I would be happy to write a review detailing his call, how call was handled and conclusion, if reached.
Following call received response was added by Carrington Dean to my Trustpilot review.
No email received from Carrington Dean at present time - 19:30 confirming discussion held, information again provided on request ie income/expenditure and of proposed action to be taken by advisor who made out bound call to myself this afternoon.

Please note we spoke yesterday and we confirmed your review. As discussed, I am attaching the income and expenditure form for the figures confirmed.

Paul Mowat - 5 stars
Having fallen behind by two months on my payments, I thought that my Trust Deed would be revoked as a result, however a lovely advisor named Paul Mowat proactively got in touch with me letting me know that I was in arrears. I spoke with Paul to see if there were any options available to me, and he was extremely understanding of my financial situation and worked with me to create a solution to get back on track.
In the end, we agreed that the two months would be counted as a Payment Break, meaning that I am now back on track and the two months missed will be added back on at the end. This was the perfect solution for me given my circumstances and I was blown away at the generosity of this offer.
I would give Paul 6 stars if I could - he provided an excellent service and I could not be happier with it.

Missed payment
Phoned today about a missed payment as I had to change my bank card after an attempted fraud! I spoke to Peter who guided me through the process patiently and assured me it wouldn’t go down as a missed payment which I was worried about. He talked to me genuinely and was very helpful sorting out the issue.
