Really happy with this company, Ordered samples and they sent more than we initially asked. Carpets were delivered within 5 days and were really happy with it. Would use again.

I gave 5 stars because the item I bought was a lovely deep pile carpet at a good price. And... I was kept informed throughout the process, even when the delivery van broke down. Not theirs, the one used by the company subcontracted to do the delivery. Stuff happens. But it's not what happens, it's how you deal with it that makes all the difference. My philosophical approach to the issue took the pressure off, and allowed everyone to achieve the best outcome. That said, Carpets Online reacted brilliantly which underlines their customer-centric service and desire to achieve the best standards for everyone. If I was Which?, I would have rated Carpets Online as 'Highly Recommended' and 'Best Choice'.
The carpet has, since, been fitted and looks and feels as good as the sample promised.

Very good customer service just ordered some Vinyl from carpets online. They were very helpful as we were trying to match a vinyl that we needed more of. Excellent service, speedy delivery and a carpet that exceeded all expectations. Ordered at a weekend and got phone call beginning of the next week advising I could get an upgrade of same carpet ordered at no extra cost. January promotion which I wouldn’t have been aware of without the courtesy call. Was advised carpet would be delivered following week and carriers involved was explained. I received the carpet today and I’m absolutely delighted with it. Given I am in the Highlands the service was second to none. Will certainly use this company again.
