CarNow Vehicle Leasing Arvostelua

WoW cannot daily the service from Ben and the rest of the carnow leading team. The service has been on point right the way through the whole process. Can not recommend them enough

Unbelievable service from enquiry through to delivery. Not only was Ben patient throughout our endless requests for information but by fair the most competitive with all of our quotes. His communication throughout lockdown was fantastic and quite frankly he was just a great guy to deal with.

When the time comes, we will certainly be using CarNow Vehicle Leasing for our next car.

Ben and his team have supplied us a couple of vans now and each time their service has been fantastic. They really understand our needs as a business and we really feel they are part of our team helping us grow as a business. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending Ben and his team to anybody. From start to finish Ben was a dream to talk to. Listened to exactly what I wanted and found a car for me on that day which was then signed for a week after. He was there every step of the way when I had any questions and was a pleasure to talk too. Both my mum and husband are no using Ben and I would recommend him to any one wanting to get a new car especially if your a novice like me.

Ben was informative, trustworthy and all round very helpful in finding me the right car for both my budget and work requirements.

He listened to my requirements, painted the right picture then actually came to me with relevant ideas on what would be the best route to go down.

Any time of the day, Ben was on hand to help me and answer any questions I had, and I contribute that to the success of my overall experience.

Would recommend Ben and the team to anyone looking for a new car.

Carnow Leasing have been a pleasure to deal with, Informative and efficient throughout the process. Would highly recommend!!!

I cannot fault the whole process with Ben from CarNow. He was there at every singe stage to explain everything and answer any questions that I had. Would recommend him without any hesitation.

First class service based on excellent communication. I would not hesitate to recommend CarNow Vehicle Leasing to anyone looking for a new car.

Ben and the team are great. They make choosing, signing up & delivery of a car simple. Ben is always on hand to help out with any questions or queries or last minute quotes. Great after sales care to boot. Why would you go anywhere else ?
Great job 👍

Barnabus is a small charity in Manchester helping homeless people find a home. We have a very small budget and we must show value for money to our supporters, who hold us to account to spend their donations wisely.

Ben listened to our concerns and was able to find us a cheaper deal than the one which was ending. He helped us with managing our cash flow and when there was a delay with handing back the previous lease car, Ben couldn't have been more helpful. Everything was easy to understand, the process was easy and Ben was on the other end of the phone for questions.

We really recommend Ben if you are tired of dealing with people who just see you as another commission!

Would highly recommend CarNow to use for vehicle leasing. I have been dealing with them for about 3 weeks arranging my new car. I didn’t fully understand the leasing policy and the staff member that was dealing with me (Ben Crompton) was extremely patient and polite in explaining it. He also really helped me with the best vehicle to choose for my needs.
From the beginning to the end, the contact and communication from him has been excellent. Regular emails even if there was nothing new to report, just letting me know things were still moving behind the scenes.
Customer Service this good seems to be becoming quite rare these days so it is nice to see.

From start to finish Ben was superb.

Contact was always prompt, polite & professional. I'd had a terrible experience with my local dealer, who i'd actually ordered from but then couldn't supply me with what i wanted. Ben had sorted everything withing 48 hours inc a finance approval. Was even happy to let me wait until the new reg came out in Sept too. Nothing is too much trouble for Ben & that's why i don't hesitate to recommend him to everyone i can. I will be back in touch in the new year when more of our company cars are up for a renewal.

I would absolutely recommend using CarNow! Such an amazing service throughout. I’ve never leased a car before, only ever bought, so I had no idea what to expect. But Ben made the whole experience stress free & fun!

Wouldn’t go to anyone else from now on!

Thank youuuuuu!

First time leasing brilliant service from Ben would recommend

Ben was absolutely fantastic from start to finish.
He always had enough time for me & had untold patience as he kept coming back with suggestions until we ticked every box with all my requirements.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to any of my friends or colleagues wanting to lease a car & appreciate all his hard work in finding me my perfect drive!

Dictated by my 80 year old Mum!
'I’ve never leased a car before so probably needed a bit more help than the average customer. Ben really took the time to explain the process and understand my needs. I was delighted with the service at every stage and love my new car!'

Brilliant service, the guys are very helpful all the way through. They made the whole process effortless. very pleased

CarNow Vehicle Leasing sorted out a new car for me last year. The process was painless. They looked through all the available deals and found the best one for me - arranging everything with the dealership. All i had to do was sign the paperwork. They also liaised with the dealership when I had an issue with the car early into the contract to get it all sorted. I would (and have) recommend CarNow Vehicle Leasing to my friends, family and colleagues as a stress-free way of getting your new car. Great service. Easy to deal with. A breath of fresh air!

I must take time out to give this man some well deserved credit. With my car lease due for renewal, I stumbled across Ben Crompton @ CarNow through various leads.
Having come across many a sales contacts over the years within the leasing industry, Ben was by far the one person that stood out from the crowd, for his professionalism and friendliness.
From start to end, he has shown nothing but some good quality customer service. No request to big nor small. He was more than happy to answer all my queries with his industry knowledge and was happy to keep on searching until I was happy.
Needless to say, Ben has now placed me in my new car but his services did not stop there. He was happy to stay in touch after all the paperwork was signed (at which point to be fair, his job was done), to make sure that I was happy with everything and offered some specific vehicle knowledge to get me driving away in my new vehicle with familiarity with the specifics of the car.
If you require a lease vehicle or just need some advice, I would not hesitate to recommend Ben Crompton @ CarNow every day of the week!

I was treated with fantastic professionalism and would recommend anyone to reach out and speak to this friendly team if they are considering changing their vehicle, the knowledge and advise given to me was second to none.
