CarNow Vehicle Leasing Arvostelua

Excellent service and communication from Ben from start to finish, would recommend the CarNow team to anyone thinking of leasing a car.

First time I contacted Ben he was so friendly and helpful, his customer service was second to none, nothing was too much trouble, always going the extra mile. He always got back to me without any delay, any questions I had he answered thoroughly and explained the whole process in great detail.
I would have no hesitation in recommending him/Car Leasing to any one as he took all the stress out of the whole process, and I will definitely go back when I'm ready for another car.
Excellent service

Great service, was kept informed throughout the process. Ben is very knowledgable on cars and keeps up-to date with the latest models to offer advice.

Cant praise these guys highly enough - Ben was a great help, took loads of time out to talk through different cars and then when I chose the car, again more time to talk through each option etc etc. Would highly recommend.

I used Ben's services and expertise to source for me a new Nissan Juke, a few months back. Like everything else in this crazy world in the car industry - i.e, global shortage of semiconductors, staff reductions (covid) etc made delivery times challenging. Not for Ben, as he kept me informed all the way and today, my new Juke arrived. If you are looking to lease a new vehicle, get in touch with Ben of Carnow leasing

Thoroughly recommend Ben of CarNow Vehicle Leasing. He sourced us the car that we wanted and was very helpful during the process. His levels of service were exemplary. He always went above what we'd expected.

I appointed CarNow Lease to help me select my next lease hire.

From the the inital consultation I recived excellecnt service right through to delivery of the new vehicle and after.

You will not be dispointed!

From start to finish Ben was really helpful and provided an amazing service. Would highly recommend

I cannot fault the great service I received from Ben. To be honest I wasn’t initially sure, as I’d previously conversed with someone else.
Ben was great, kept in contact, reassured me with regards to any concerns I had, and he’s an all round nice guy.
So, I’d definitely recommend CarNow.

Brilliant service from start to finish from Ben at Carnow Vehicle Leasing. Not only going above and beyond with his customer service but also beating my alternative quotations by over £1000 across the contract term.

This is the first time I have used CarNow Vehicle Leasing, and I have been so impressed.

Understood my requirements. Didn't try to persuade me to have a different vehicle to the one I wanted.

Arranged for delivery to suit me and called to check it had arrived and whether everything was OK.

Thank you. Very pleased.

Fab service as always from Ben.
Above & beyond . Wouldn’t go anywhere else .

CarNow leasing should genuinely be called CarWow. The level of service I received from Ben Crompton was second to none. Ben went the extra mile from find out what vehicle I wanted, calling Audi to find out where the car was, to keeping my informed twice a month as a minimum. Ben also got me a very competitive rate and beat many others.

If you are looking for a genuine hard working broker Ben is the man! Thanks for your help Ben!

Couldn't thank and recommend CarNow Vehicle Leasing enough. The speed and effort that Ben put into finding my vehicle put all the other lease companies i spoke with to shame. First class service couldn't have wished for anything more from initial contact to car delivery.

They look after everything, its great!

We are very pleased with Ben the person who dealt with everything to do with leasing the Mazda.
We are very satisfied with the car.

Leasing cars is a minefield, you have lots of choice but once you correspond with Ben you realise it’s people that matter. His business is competitive on rate and he always replies to any query or question in a timely fashion and you actually feel like a customer not a transaction. I can’t fault him or his business 10/10 and I will never lease another car from anyone else…

What a fantastic experience start to finish!! Ben has been so incredibly patient and knowledgeable throughout the whole process, and being a total novice to the car leasing world he has held my hand the whole way.

Thanks again Ben, see you in 2 years for the next one!!

Love my new car and will be back again in a couple of years .Thanks Ben

Couldn’t recommend CarNow enough! Super easy and stress free process from start to finish.

Ben kept me up to date throughout and answered and queries I had straight away.

Ben also has excellent knowledge on the current market and informed me of a loyalty deal on my existing car which in turn has saved me a lot of money on my deal!

Over the moon with my new car and couldn’t recommend Ben enough if you’re looking to lease 👍🏼
