If I could give 10 stars to Carnival Savers I would. Our order was hung up in the FedEx system for over a week but as soon as I notified my Carnival Customer Support about the problem, she was on it. Within 24 hours our order was delivered - in plenty of time for Easter. She followed up throughout the process with friendly personal emails. I had no doubt she had our best interests at heart.

I was disappointed in two of the items I purchased. I had thought about returning them and saw where there is a 15% restocking fee. And I was surprised to see that it is shipped from Oriental Trading

Thank you for your feedback. Our sincerest apologies about 2 items being a disappointment. Next time please reach out to us via email, phone or text. We offer a 100% money back guarantee on everything we sell! Our team is reaching out to you now. Just so you know - the 15% restocking does not apply to you. (NOTE: The 15% restocking fee is only to protect us from folks ordering a large amount and then returning because they changed their mind or their event was cancelled.)
Fast Shipping
When having to order at short notice, their team member made sure my items would be shipped as fast as possible to ensure that they arrive. They did, they arrived one day before the event, less than a week after shipping! Thank you, Carnival Savers!
