Puzzle Merchant Arvostelua 70

Unfortunately had a bit of a fiasco trying to get our puzzles delivered. They were mailed out to us and sent back as undeliverable address doesn't exist. Even though our address does exist, and we've been getting mail for over a year in this new apartment complex. We were told by the rep at puzzle merchant that we would have to be billed a second time via invoice for a redelivery. $10. The second time around FedEx dropped the ball and was supposed to hand off to USPS for the last mile, so it was marked as undeliverable and held an additional day.. and then delivered the next very day after I spent an hour on the phone with FedEx. Puzzles were as described and well packaged. Be prepared to be billed twice if any of the delivery methods that Puzzle Merchants themselves choose, make a mistake

You guys are great. Please look into adding more brands of puzzles like Hobbry, Grafika, Magnolia if you don’t offer yet.

I always have a great experience with Puzzle Merchant. As a jigsaw addict, this is a great connection. They keep a fresh selection and delivery is lightning fast.

I like the selection of products. They are packaged well and arrive timely. Well, if you’re waiting for a puzzle to start it may not seem timely but it really is! I have ordered from them twice and have no complaints.

I think the puzzle tins are cool. I'm in a Jeep group and I bought three of the Army Jeeps. One for myself and two for raffle items. One has been won. That person was excited about the graphics and that it actually rolls. I also bought the Grave Digger Monster Truck to be raffled off. I did notice that the puzzle pieces are in a bag. I'm also pleased with the shape of the tin and its graphics.

This was a Halloween gift I sent my 96 year old mother. When the weather starts getting bad she stays inside more and these puzzles give her something to do. It came even earlier then it said so I am always pleased with this company.
