Bait and switch with initial good results
We were all sent an email from a heathcare partner about GLP1 access. After some thought I decided to try it. Getting the prescription was easy. The first package was easy to track. It took me about 2 weeks to get the nerve to inject myself.
It worked great. It was an introductory low level and I felt it was fine to stay at that level.
Next package arrives. The information on the vial is different and so is the injection amount. They claim it was something to do with shipping or supplier. At first I was afraid of the larger amount to inject, so it didn't work as well since I didn't inject it all. Spoke to them and they said it was just a different concentration and I became confident enough for a the full dose. I don't remember if it was the second vial that did next to nothing or made me throw up or the third vial that made me throw up... that still wasn't the same as the first vial that actually worked.
I emailed them and told them that unless they could get me the same stuff they started me on then I couldn't use them anymore. They said they would try. This stuff is too expensive for them to "try" when at this point I think they probably already planned to bait and switch thinking I'd keep going trying to chase those initial results.
I just emailed them asking for my prescription so I could transfer elsewhere. Their response was confirming my prescription was stopped and I would not be billed for more. A whole lot of words to tell me they wasted a lot of my money and couldn't even give me a usable prescription that shows a pharmacy. I tried plugging in the physician and the name of the man who set up my prescription, but they were not recognized on Amazon.
If I see a class action against this company I will jump on it.
