I have great experience whit this company,good and reliable cars,the staff is very friendly!

Ils n'ont pas livré la voiture à temps. Quand je suis arrivé, j'ai attendu plus de 40 minutes. Entreprise très peu sérieuse, je ne la recommande pas.

Zeer makkelijk te boeken en zeer duidelijke voorwaarden zonder poespas. De auto’s zijn recente modellen en alle gangbare modellen. Wij hadden een een Dacia Logan en waren er zeer tevreden over. Hebben er 16 dagen gebruik van gemaakt en de kosten waren zeer schappelijk ten opzichte van de gevestigde verhuur maatschappijen. De volgende keer zou ik weer hier boeken. Dank voor de top service. Scammers. They tried to use the deposit with ni justification ( after me making full protection and bringing the car in the sane condition). Not recommended.

Last-minute cancellation despite confirmed and paid booking!

I booked a car through Booking.com with Car Rent Sofia for a week. On arrival at the airport, the rental company refused to pick us up as agreed, claiming they had not received the payment (which had indeed been debited) and saying they had no cars available. They hung up abruptly, telling us to "deal with Booking."

Booking automatically redirected us to the rental company, without direct customer support, and no replacement vehicle was offered. It was a Sunday morning, we had hotels booked outside Sofia, and we had to check several rental agencies at the airport before finding a car ourselves, over three hours later.

The refund was only issued 7 days later, and only after I followed up. Since the reservation was cancelled in their system, I was unable to leave any feedback on Booking, which is unacceptable.

No professionalism, no customer service, and opaque practices. Strongly not recommended.

Excellent service, polite and friendly staff, car was clean and well maintained. Will use again.
