La carte de Ptéra alternative que vous avez achetée était une carte listée comme "damaged" (abimée) sur notre site. En effet, la carte était moins chère que sa "vraie" valeur justement du fait de son état et nous avions pris la précaution d'indiquer sa condition dans la description et d'ajouter des photos : https://cardotaku.com/products/pokemon-card-game-s11-106-101
Grâce à la fonction "loupe", vous pouviez zoomer aisément sur les recoins de la carte et ainsi prendre connaissance du coin abimé.
Nous sommes sincèrement désolés si malgré nos précautions, vous n'avez pas pu percevoir les défauts de cette carte et ferons en sorte de nous améliorer à l'avenir afin que cela ne se reproduise plus.

Concerning the product you bought "ULTIMATE CARD PACK DRAGON BALL SUPER SUPER HERO", it's a promotional booster which (as indicated in the description of the product sheet) contain a random card "UGMSH-01 Son Goku: SH" or "UGMSH-02 Son Gohan: SH".
Our boosters are sent randomly and without knowing which character it contains and the pack. This is also one of the pleasures of collecting cards :)
We offer many services to satisfy our customers, including custom orders. We would have been happy to offer the cards in this set for purchase individually. You could have avoided the suspense of opening and be sure to get the cards you want.
We hope to have been able to provide you with some new information and, as always, we are always available to our customers.

I only shop at cardotaku for Japanese cards
The most caring and thoughtful card website there is. I order more black clover cards for my girlfriends birthday and they sent a birthday card and packaged the cards so neatly and perfect condition with sealed sleeves. I love that they always respond on email and even through instagram. I live in Los Angeles and got my cards within 3 days after they shipped them. All of the cards that I got are on my instagram: squirtgodofficial if anyone needs any proof hit me up
