Carcomms Arvostelua

I have been a customer of Cygnal Ltd in Houghten le Spring for over 4 years, I recently returned to have a new front & rear dash cam installed. Again the customer service, support and professional installation was fantastic. I would highly recommend them if you want a professional service.

Pre purchased a NEXTBASE front and rear Dashcam and arranged for CYGNAL to install it. Arrived on site at 8am and after discussing the install with Camilla and Steve, Camilla installed the two cameras. Her work was absolutely first class and I was kept informed of her progress. The job took just over the hour and after finishing it, was walked through various aspects of the Dashcam operation. Would certainly use them again.
Oh yes, was offered a coffee as well!
Great to see Professional people who are committed to providing a first class service. Thank you so much…

Quick and very professional Kamila performed the installation and would highly recommend thanks guys.

Extremely pleasant young lady who fitted my road angel front rear camera. Would recommend

Smooth easy transaction. On the day of installation the technician was on time, welcoming and friendly. The total installation was done in 45mins as predicted and performed to the highest standard with no mess or visible sign of work undertaken. System was explained in full by the technician before driving home. Highly recommend Cygnal 👍.

Great process all round from calling up to discuss my dashcam requirements to selecting one and arranging installation at home, would certainly recommend them to others.

Very fast installation of front and rear dashcam on my driveway. Neat and tidy no wires to be seen, 2nd time I've used Cygnal and would certainly recommend.

From start to finish the service has been spot on I delivered my van for the fitting of a dashcam Kamila was waiting for me and got straight on with the job very friendly professional company would and will recommend to all my friends and family

The installer was professional and polite. The price was good. Two other companies said they would not install my dashcam onto my vehicle (Ford Ranger). The cable is well hidden with no damage at all. Email correspondence was prompt even over the holidays. Really can’t recommend these enough.

Lady installed think she was Hungarian very polite and knowledgeable

Good service, quick response and easy to order

2nd time we have used Cygnal to supply and fit our new Dashcam, excellent job from start to finish, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Very quick at fitting and well explained to me by the engineer

Very helpful prompt and very efficient great service thank you.

Great commutation, very straightforward fitting service.

Many thanks

Excellent communication. Fitter prompt, polite and did an great job.

Unfortunately I was cancelled on my way to get my immobiliser fitted due to staff illness. However my appointment was quickly rearranged and a lovely and efficient chap called Rhys fitted it even more quickly than expected. He then spent some considerable time with me ensuring I knew how to use it with assurances that I could re contact them if I forgot or had any questions- even pointing out that there were good tutorials online.
Next day I received a certificate of fitting to include in my vehicle's documentation detailing what had been fitted.
I even had a comfy seat and a cuppa while I waited

Great communication from start to finish. Had a BMW cam fitted front and back and couldn’t be happier. Great tidy job and everything works great. Well recommended
