This was my first time to order

This was my first time to order. I was delighted with the very quick delivery and the generous sample gifts that I received with my order. Everything was well packaged. Will definetely order again.

Slow delivery

Having read excellent reviews about Cara Pharmacy's fast delivery I chose to place an order with them instead of a competitor solely based on the expectation of quick delivery.

I sent numerous emails to try and track my order. Eventually I was told to expect it by Thursday or Friday. It arrived on Monday - 12 days after placing my order.

Very disappointed with this poor service and Cara's disregard of my email re same.

A great company to deal with ordered a…

A great company to deal with ordered a mother's day hamper and it came 2 days later. The hamper was very well presented and packaged and at a good price too, great communication from the staff and kept updated on my order step by step. Highly recommended and would purchase again in the future.

Nail varnish remover leaked in packaging

I ordered acetone nail varnish remover. The buying process was straightforward and the service was efficient. Postage of 5 euro for a purchase of 1.99 a little steep I thought. My main complaint was that the top of the bottle was not tightly closed enough and it leaked in the packaging. loosing about 20% of product.
