Where to start.... online order was easy to submit, and that's about it....took over 3 weeks to get the items and that was after being told the item was no longer in stock and I should choose something else?? You cannot speak to anyone about your order you have to just sit and wait...will not ever buy anything from Capelli...I can't imagine how bad a team uniform order would be....poor very poor

I don’t receive this order

Never sent me my item. First they sent the wrong item, I contact customer service, then after a month of unhelpful customer service, they tell me they are sold out of the original item ordered. The absolute worse.

I have a few orders from you guys that have not been delivered. First purchase was sep 20th with no delivery although I got an update that it got delivered to Oklahoma somewhere. I am in California and the delivery address was provided! I re ordered the same things on October 2nd and still nothing has been delivered. I want to know what is going on with my orders. it should be under the name, Carlos Labrado or delia martinez. Please get back to me with info on my purchase as I needed this weeks ago!! Thank you.

Good product but takes way too long to receive. Tried emailing to check on status but did not receive a response.

I bought three m size products, but one product is on the label, but it is very small, I wanted to return or exchange it, but I was told that I had to pay the shipping fee, this is not my fault, the product sent is faulty, so you are responsible, I will no longer shop from your site.

The site is difficult to navigate and trying to find something is a nightmare. The delivery time for products ordered is completely unacceptable; it takes way too long to be delivered. I would strongly recommend our Club find a new company to provide our uniform and equipment.

I have been waiting 4 months for an order they just keep telling me they expect it to ship out soon and then close the ticket. Worst service and complete unreliable .

The Capelli Sport socks and soccer t-shirt through Pa Classics that we have to use and ordered extra for already have holes! What a disappointment. They do not seem like good quality at all
