I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from Capala Swim. My parcel was marked as delivered by Royal Mail, but I never received it. I did not nominate a safe place and the parcel was not handed to me or signed for.

I contacted Capala Swim as soon as I realised there was an issue and have since sent several follow up emails, yet I have received little to no communication. Being ignored when you have paid for goods is incredibly frustrating and I’m sure anyone would agree.

I understand that courier issues can happen, but the retailer has a responsibility to help resolve them. Instead, I have been left without my order, without a refund or replacement, and without any meaningful update from this company. I was due to take these items away with me, so the delay has caused significant inconvenience as I’ve had to now look for an alternative option.

Based on my experience, I would not purchase from Capala Swim again as their customer service is non existent. Customer service should be at the forefront of every business whether it’s big or small.

I ordered a dress from Capala and unfortunately it turned up with a minor fault so I contacted the company on Instagram and I am honestly amazed at the customer service I’ve had! The owner responded and I told her I needed a replacement for an event coming up and she shipped a new dress to me herself, which she’d kept aside for me from her pop up, so I didn’t have to wait for a restock.

I’ve told everyone about the brand since this experience and it has kept me a loyal customer for life!!

I can’t wait to wear my dress in a weeks time 🩵

Ordered my first bikini from capala and wow I’ve never felt more confident in a bikini. I’m in in my early 40’s and everyone has commented on it. Ordered a tank which again I love ans now going to stock up on some more bikinis. Always amazing service and prompt replies with any questions!

Updating my review following the company’s response. My original concern was that the £2.50 processing fee wasn’t made sufficiently clear during the returns process, particularly on an £80 item. Capala responded promptly, refunded the fee as a goodwill gesture, and acknowledged my feedback about making this clearer in future. I still think greater transparency would improve the customer experience, but I appreciate the way they handled my complaint and their willingness to listen. A change of heart now and simply due to their response to my concern, Capala will see me return as a customer in future.

I would give 10 stars if I could. Obsessed with this brand and will definitely be ordering more soon. I ordered the GRACE The Ultra Mesh Maxi - Black and the quality is incredible. You can tell so much thought has gone into creating this dress.

Bought a size s bikini as per sizing chart, but bikini was rather small and not great support. Sadly got to pay for return/exchange. Read reviews before purchase but pretty disappointed.

Love Capala they're my go-to for cute and functional swimwear. I love how many different styles they have and how perfectly designed they are to flatter a woman's shape. Everything is so buttery and the ordering/delivery process was super easy <3

Bought the Amara dress and it is my favourite thing I have ever owned!!! It is so beautiful and the fabric quality is so high quality! I think anyone would look stunning in the dress, it is so versatile ❤️ I can’t wait for the next collection to drop

I don’t think I actually have the words to describe how good the quality of the fabric is. My friends and I all have capala bikinis and can’t stop raving about them. Don’t even get me started on how unique the dresses are. As a wide hip girly I finally feel so seen ! When I order from any brand I tend to get a couple different sizes as you never know which will fit best and capala were so great with handling all customer care aspects and returns. 1000% will buy again.

Ordered a dress (Grace, Ultra mesh maxi) for an event. Wore it to the event, washed it then air dried it. The fabric showed noticeable piling and the strap across the upper back was also falling apart. I wore the dress once, for 3.5 hours. I’ve reached out to customer service three times with no response. Can’t really fix the problem if a company doesn’t respond. I would not buy from this company, especially since this dress was $150 US. Take your money elsewhere and buy something that’s higher quality from a company with better customer service.

These are so so flattering! I’m a 34DD so I always struggle to find bikinis that are supportive and also look nice and these are so good! I have two of their Isla top/Kaia bottoms sets and I am obsessed! Please bring out more prints because I will always order! I had to exchange to a smaller size and the customer service team was so so friendly!

I've never felt better in swimwear than I do in Capala!! The quality and designs are like nothing else I've tried, 10/10 ❤️
