CanvasCamp Arvostelua 

Dit is ons vierde jaar dat we onze tent opzetten! We laten ze steeds 5 maanden staan en er is nog steeds niets aan! De service is ook fantastisch! Om de 2 jaar kopen we een zeil om erover te spannen. Dit gaat super vlot aangezien we in het systeem zitten en ze aan de hand van onze eerste bestelling exact kunnen zeggen wat we nodig hebben.

Duidelijke site, snel en keurig verzonden met duidelijke communicatie.
De tent en toebehoren zijn van zeer goede kwaliteit, makkelijk op te zetten en verduidelijkt met filmpjes op de site.
Contact met de klantenservice was ook fijn, goede service.
Kortom, een betrouwbare en fijne site en ondanks dat we de tent niet live hebben gezien van tevoren, zijn we zeer tevreden met deze koop! De eerste kampeerervaring was prima!

Levering was precies zoals afgesproken. Opzetten van de tent, traveler 500, was heel goed te doen in mn eentje. Tent blijft heerlijk koel. Ik heb een kwart binnentent, voldoende voor een tweepersoons luchtbed E. Heel veel binnenruimte waar je kan staan. Afbreken ging ook soepeltjes, tot nu toe heel tevreden.

De tent doet en is alles wat er beloofd is!
Heel blij mee. Ik ben er alleen nog niet zelf en via Canvascamp achter gekomen hoe ik en het muggengedeelte vastrits rondom en de gewone canvas tegelijkertijd. Ook niet zeker of dit überhaupt kan.

ich habe mir das Sibley Pro Tech 400 bestellt und es war binnen 22 Stunden bei mir in Norddeutschland. Die Verarbeitung ist absolut top, die Haptik und Qualität entsprechen meinen hohen Erwartungen und insgesamt kann ich es nur weiterempfehlen.

Voor onze Sibley 520 Apex hebben wij de binnentent bij Canvascamp besteld. Wat een enorme aanwinst is dit. Zeer makkelijk te bevestigen aan de tent en handig met de twee slaapcompartimenten. Zeer comfortabel en duidelijk merkbare isolatie. In de binnentent is het nu aanmerkelijk warmer dan in de rest van de tent. Een aanrader!! En er is nog volop ruimte over om te zitten, inclusief Winnerwell nomad kachel.

De levering van de tent was zoals getoond op de website.

I've already bought 3 tents and my satisfaction is low. I bought models that were advertised as suitable for all weather conditions since they're meant to be used year-round. They didn't even make it through the first winter and were already covered in black stains, so much so that both the inside and outside are full of them. They are indeed easy to assemble and offer excellent wind resistance. The interior space of the 4.5m diameter tents is comfortable and great for a double bed or two single beds.

Shipping can be problematic as they will send to a Po box but the shipper may not deliver due to signature requirements. Other than taking longer than expected customer service was active in finding the parcel and ensuring it's arrival.

Another thing however they advertise as a "North American" company and their website makes it seem like it's Canadian. But when shipped it came from Germany. So not north American at all. If the package didn't arrive I would have cancelled.

We enjoy our holiday with our sibley 400 bell tent, perfect size for our use, plenty of space & comfort, with a good size to be installed in any campsite place without any difficulty.
The quality of the fabric and design are awesome and definitely worth the price!

Ich stelle das Canvas Zelt seid Jahren über Monate auf, bis jetzt hat es Wind und Regen getrotzt und standgehalten. Und bei Hitze ist trotzdem innen immer ein angenehmes Klima.

We bought the Sibley Apex 500 together with the All-Season Fly, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The tent is beautiful — you can see the quality in the materials, stitching, and all the small design details. It feels very solid and durable; with proper care, I genuinely believe it can last for many years. Our plan is to keep it set up for long periods (months at a time), and that’s exactly why we chose this model and the Fly — to protect the tent and extend its lifespan.

I also want to highlight CanvasCamp’s support. They were patient, consistently kind, and very solution-oriented. Importing into Argentina can be complicated, and they still showed real goodwill and professionalism, following through until everything arrived safely and correctly.

We’re very happy with both the product and the company. Highly recommended.

Ik had een fout gemaakt bij het opzetten van de tent waardoor de fly stuk is gegaan.
De mensen van Canvascamp hebben mij prima geholpen om het probleem op te lossen. Waarvoor dank!

De kwaliteit van de producten staat niet ter discussie. Mijn protech is na 10 jaar nog steeds als nieuw. Onlangs op locatie geweest om onderdelen aan te schaffen. Het enthousiasme en liefde voor de producten is aanstekelijk, zelfs voor een zaklampje. Of je nu een festivalbaas bent en op zoek naar 300 huurtenten, of je zoekt als particulier een schaduwdoek; canvascamp!

Goed ontvangen bij Moosecamp door Sander in de winkel te Zaltbommel. We hebben ter plaatse besteld en alles netjes op tijd geleverd gekregen. Kan niets anders zeggen dan dat ik blij was met de gang van zaken.
