I’ve been wanting to try this company for quite a while, I’ve seen so many good reviews about them and their products. I decided to jump straight in and join the Monthly Melters, a great way to sample their huge choice of scents and an incredibly reasonable price. I wasn’t disappointed when my order arrived. My order was dispatched the very next day and my box of goodies arrived just a few days later! Fantastic service and very very friendly and helpful. Perfect. I can’t wait to receive my next order.

I found Cantraig through an advert that my wax loving friend spotted for their Monthly Melters Club (sub box) I was a little dubious as the boxes were so cheap BUT how wrong was I.

When the box came it was presented well with every effort made for detail and the wax melts themselves are amazing I love the cubes as it’s no mess no fuss just out the pack into my warmer.

Cantraig also have an amazing customer service along with superb communication. All in all an excellent company with great products. I highly recommend Cantraig and I’m looking forward to shopping with them in the future.

These wax melts smell absolutely amazing I have also signed up for the monthly subscription box excellent value for money, if you want gorgeous scents that fill your home please give this little company a go you will not be disappointed!!!!

When I say that this person goes above and beyond for customers (messaging after hours due to working times ect ect) I truly mean it I was ordering for teacher gifts and as a teachers has allergy she was even kind enough to message her suppliers and then send me the allergy list to then pass on I absolutely love how well packaged and presented these are and it is my 4th order from them I just love all their melts and products ! I couldn’t be happier ! Will most definitely be ordering in the near future !

I was very pleased with my mystery box, I received 2 lots of wax melts, pillow spray and two large bath bombs which my granddaughters immediately claimed! Everything was top quality and beautifully wrapped. I will be ordering another for a friend’s birthday.

After this vendor contacted me this problem was swiftly resolved within minutes, there customer service is fabulous polite and professional. Looks like it was bashed about by Royal Mail as the one bottle was absolutely fine. I will definitely purchase again and apologise for me being a little blonde and not reading the website if any problems to contact them.

Bottle had leaked, wax snapped (although you snap it to melt anyway) come in a Jiffy bag would of expected it to be better packaged. Wouldn’t order again sorry
