Cantourage Clinic Arvostelua 

I have been with cantourage for about 9 months and up until this month everything had been great. As of this month ive been told i would receive a phone call which didht happen , they then forgot to tell me my medication was out of stock even though I told the doctor that is was out of stock on the website, he assured me it was in stock and placed my order. I waited for 9 days and nothing, I called them and they told me they were sorry I should have received a phone call (2nd call I didn't receive) to tell me my medication was out of stock. I spoke to someone who apologised for the mistake and said she would get my medication to me within 2 days plus a free consultation for the error. Based off the issues I've been having I called up 2 days later (today) just to make sure everything was OK with my order as I've still not had the payment request and the lady I spoke to said they can't guarantee any amount of days for the payment to be requested even though I have this in an email from them. I have been without medication for 2 weeks at this point and it looks like its still not going to be dealt with as promised. At this point I've lost all hope with them.

Follow up

Had a phone call today from Arjun who explained and dealt with my issue , glad to have it all sorted. Will get a delivery tomorrow and was given advice on how to avoid this situation in the future. Can't fault them after resolving my issue so quickly.

So, don’t get me wrong, I have had a few issues but this industry is still finding its feet. I have found Cantourage to be very helpful and professional, and have always helped sort out any problems. People moan about meds arriving late, well just plan ahead and order 2 weeks in advance….
There is a learning curve to all this. Maybe if the government pulled there finger out and started some advice campaigns it would help the industry.

Lack of consistency & attention to details, Cantourage made another error with my prescription. In the middle of the month now & I’m still without my medication.

A very smooth experience all round. I don’t have others to compare to but there really isn’t anything more I could want from Cantourage. Friendly and helpful staff from top to bottom. Quick turnaround and very professional.

I signed up with the Cantourage Clinic in January 2024 after hearing a radio show about medical Cannabis on Radio 4. I have remained with them for 4 months now and am pretty sure I'll be with them a long time. I have suffered with Chronic Pain for 10 years subsequent to a horrible accident. I tried all the usual pain medication offered by the NHS and went through the traumatic experience of Opiate withdrawal as a result.

The team at Cantourage are wonderful, real humans whose mission is to give you the best experience and get you the right treatment as swiftly as possible. Unlike most businesses they are listening, quick to respond on all channels (email, online-queries, telephone etc) and keen to get feedback to improve what they do and the services they provide.

Been with cantourage since February and has been great so far.

Had a small issue with stock issues but was quickly resolved by Arjun and escalateled correctly so I didn't have any delays with my delivery.

Cannot fault Cantourage whatsoever. Extremely quick responding to any queries whether that’s via phone or email, super friendly staff that are happy to help and a pleasure to talk to, and knowledgable doctors that understand a patient’s needs.

It really is a painless process dealing with them and I hope to continue doing so for a long time.

The staff at Cantourage Clinic are great. I've found them supportive and professional. They always make time for me if I have any questions. I believe they care about people and their health. Very impressed with the whole clinic.

Super helpful and friendly staff. You can literally just ring and ask any questions and always get an answer. When you ring you get through to someone straight away, no hold times, no queues. Any issues you get a phone call and an email if you miss the call. Fantastic company.

Ok so sometimes the Pharmacy can be a little disorganised in getting medications out, or communicating what's happening. Thankfully, Arjun and his colleagues at Cantourage Clinic are on the ball, fast in response, helpful, understanding, friendly and professional and work hard to iron-out any lapses in service.

A nice legal way of being prescribed cannabis..

I've tried many medicines for my crohn's disease and arthritis but nothing beats cannabis.

So I was glad when I heard about cantourage and that I can now get my medicines without fear of being illegal anymore .

The entire team has been nothing short of life changing. Thoroughly recommend!! Almost literally held my hand the entire time and never even fluttered an eyelid. Thankyou so much 💚

Decent to begin with can't not fault but seemed to go downhill very fast as I am having to constantly pay for medication (£500+) and then not being shipped then received and email after they closed so no contact to find out what's going on and that is this month's problem last month thay forgot to put half of my prescription in also the month before that one two months ago the only put though 10g of strawberry glue instead of 30g so now on the Look for a new clinic.....An update clinic response was justified outcome was good for both parties and still a patient with cantourage

New patient - just received my medication today. The whole process was stress-free and quick, very professional.

Once the initial assessment was done, I was able to book my first consultation 2 weeks after. The Dr. who prescribed me was incredible nice and answered all my questions.

Received the payment link for the pharmacy 7 working days after the initial consultation, which was a Thursday. I paid Thursday evening and it was dispatched on Friday and I received it today Saturday 9am through "Royal Mail Special Delivery before 1PM" and the medication is superb.

Would really recommend them 10/10

I’m very pleased I chose the Cantourage clinic.
From the very beginning I have been treated with respect and dignity. The team are very professional and every-time I’ve needed advice there’s always someone there at the end of the phone.
To summarise, from my perspective absolutely a brilliant private health clinic, would highly recommend!

Been waiting way too long for my medication with script mistakes promised payment links
They do not like you using other pharmacies even though that is our right.
They could be way more open with their patients about issues as we would prefer honesty
Communication otherwise is usually good although i have been ignored on a few things and occasions i just think they are not entirely truthful in my opinion.

I really do rate this company, the service from the clinic team is always really helpful and supportive. Also completely without judgement which I believe is paramount when dealing with people suffering from mental health. The variety of help available, coupled with their speedy communication makes this the best company for me at the moment.
