I would like to say a huge thank you to everyone at Cantourage, especially Ellen, for the outstanding support and care I have received.

After being with another clinic for five years, I was naturally worried about transferring, but Ellen made the whole process so much easier. She was kind, professional, understanding, and always kept me updated. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she made me feel valued and listened to throughout.

The whole team has been friendly, efficient, and compassionate from start to finish. The communication has been excellent, and I have felt supported every step of the way.

I would highly recommend Cantourage to anyone looking for a professional, caring, and reliable medical cannabis clinic. Thank you, Ellen, and the entire Cantourage team, for making my transfer such a positive experience. I truly appreciate everything you’ve done.

Have been with cantourage for several years now, and in a rapidly changing medical cannabis landscape, they have continued to excel and stay up to date. There are countless different suppliers and batches of flower that constantly go in and out of date, and supply levels that decrease, which means we have to play our part and be patient patients! Mackenzie is a good addition to the team, and not only very efficient in getting your orders back on track, but is very knowledgable, in regards to the many compounds in cannabis flower, and their role to combine to get the entourage effect. Go for the up to 3 days flower, if you are short on wait time, and definitely non irradiated, or you will lose out on said effect, due to important terpenes getting muted or destroyed in the irradiation process.

Sometimes they do have a limited formulary but they have added a few cheaper strains. The staff are great at cantourage, Mackenzie has been very helpful with my recent health flare up. They respond quickly and always answer the phone. So if anything does go wring they do sort it out very quickly. This was the main reason ive been at countrage for 1.5 years+

I have dealt with Mackenzie a couple of times now and he has been amazing in quickly dealing with my enquiries. All of the staff have been helpful so wouldn’t hesitate in recommending using this company.

I had to write a review for Cantourage clinic after receiving my prescription 2 days after it was ordered.. I can’t believe how quick and efficient it was from order to delivery. It’s been consistently good,, more so even better than it was previously. From appointments, ordering and receiving meds to general queries I cannot fault the service at all. It’s also really good to have reasonable prices also.. keep up the excellent work Cantourage.

I have serious issues in dealing with people... I'm extremely awkward but speaking to the staff both via email on the phone and on video chat it was a great experience... The friendly staff and the replies I received via email really put me at ease. I'm having a great experience with the clinic and everyone has been great to me.

I placed my order two weeks ago, I had a phone call to tell me it needed sending and was close to expiry but the other hadn’t come in yet. They sent me 10gs, then rang 5 days later to tell me the other on my prescription is now out of stock can I reorder (costing more) but my other order should be ready.. which it wasn’t. I’ve been left without medication having to resort to other supply routes. Completely unacceptable for a medical clinic, I’m looking at other clinics as this is not a stress I wish to encounter every month. I’ve been with cantourage for years.

They have been brilliant since I joined about 8 months ago, I f ever there is a problem with a flower or over demand which is rare they always try to help you find another solution. I would always recommend to anyone thinking of going to medical.

Iv had nothing but problems with every prescription from start to finish. I then asked them to talk me through the discharge process so I could look for another provider, to receive a email with a discharge letter that I didn't ask for. Now I'm left with no provider and no medicine! The clinic has gone from bad to worse over the last few months.

All of the staff at cantourage clinic, have been very helpful and compassionate. You can find very good quality flower, at very reasonable prices. I switched from another clinic several years ago, and definitely haven't looked back. You've tried the rest now try the best!!

I've been a patient with Cantourage for eighteen months or so and have found them to be reliable, proactive and approachable. I have yesterday and today had an admin issue of no one's creation sorted out quickly and efficiently. For that I should thank Ben and Kayenah.

On a separate note - the addittion of carts to formulary is excellent and well appreciated.
