Total scam. They're selling counterfeit Oakley for £50... £100 if not on sale!

The link to their refund/returns page doesn't work, and Google warns the connection to the page isn't private and that your data may be under attack if you proceed.

No response from customer service either.

The order has been sent to a wrong address. No response to my emails since a week! FRAUD!

Es ist offensichtlich eine Drop-Shipping Website, ich habe die "JACOB" Brille mit einem Reverse Image Search für 5€ auf AliExpress gefunden. KEINE 50€ bezahlen!

Asked for a refund multiple times over email and social media, never got an answer. Bought a pair of sunglasses with a steel frame that cost me 70 euros and they were really uncomfortable and painful to wear. Absolutely do not recommend.

This site is a total scam. Despite stating full returns this does not include items shipped to the UK and they expect you to pay and return to the US including customs. The glasses are so cheap looking, very poor quality and include a counterfeit reference to Oakley. They are definitely not worth the money charged even with 'one free'! Buyer beware. AVOID BEING SCAMMED.

AVOID! Possible scam?

I got 4 pairs of glasses on their buy 1 get one free deal, only paid for 2. However when trying to return them they did not reply emails after the return service on their website was unavailable. So I reached out to their instagram to which they responded for a bit then completely stopped. So I have been unable to return and lost out on the money... which was not cheap for what they are.

The quality of their glasses is also very poor and cheap...and even a knock off oakley logo on them which I didn't notice at first. Believe me I know too as I used to work in optics/an opticians.

Scam eyewear. Low quality warped lenses, no reply to emails when attempting to return them.

Les lunettes de soleil ne m’allant pas, j’ai voulu les renvoyer en demandant à Canrae de me donner les instructions de renvoi. Ils m’ont ensuite répondu entre 3 options ce que j’ai fait puis après plus rien. Le SAV est catastrophique ce qui est inadmissible pour une entreprise qui ne fait que des ventes à partir de leur site marchand. A éviter pour le bien de votre porte-monnaie !

I'm Pretty sure what they are doing is illegal but the "buy 1 get 1 free and 60% discount on all items" that they say end in the next day (that pressures you into buying quickly and not thinking clearly) aren't actually true they run these "deals/discounts" every day for atleast months at a time.
Anyway I ordered my package like 2 months ago and the only thing they responded was "I'm gonna look into it and get back to you" and "in order to deliver your package courier needs your phone number" something that they never asked in the website.
From what I have seen the quality will probably be bad and from what they have shown me they probably don't respond to refund requests.
I really don't get it tho since they have a ton of Instagram followers (which might be bots) and a very well programmed website that is expensive to run/set up.
If you are looking into buying from there don't just find a more trust worthy brand

Very poor quality dropshipping organisation pretending the models are unique and theirs. Long shipping time and zero to none response of ‘customer’ service.
Don’t get fooled by their promo’s ‘buy one get one free’ or the big discounts. Not worth it, you won’t get your money back and they will block you for contacting or exposing them.

Consider blocking and reporting their scam dropshitting store. Do not buy anything.

I bought 4 pairs for over 100 euros (2x 1+1 offers), 4 pieces of low-quality junk came straight from China. Haven't seen lower quality anywhere but here. Lesson learned, thanks a lot :)

Btw, their support is ignoring countless refund requests from my side for a week now. Be aware of this kind of scammers and ALWAYS CHECK REVIEWS FIRST.

Low quality, cheap plastic glasses masqueraded as cutting edge fashion pieces. I paid over $100 for mine but it looks like I could have got them for $5 at a flea market. Don’t buy!

Possibly the all time worst online store I’ve ever bought from. As others have said these guys just dropship poor quality products, you would’ve thought this was an independent company. My glasses literally have “Oakley” written in the middle, made of cheap plastic, unbelievable. Do not buy, they make it seem like they have a huge sale on high value glasses (suggesting high quality), when in fact I’m getting sponsored ads from Temu for the glasses I bought for $4. Canrae is essentially a scam.

I'm absolutely livid with my recent experience on this website. I ordered a specific pair of sunglasses and received something ENTIRELY DIFFERENT! Not only was the product incorrect, but the delivery took an ETERNITY! This is unacceptable and I'm extremely disappointed I strongly advise others to reconsider before making a purchase from this site.

Snazzy styles, good price for such looks. I mean the two for one deal and discount which makes €25 a pair. Two pairs are quite good, I would say worth the price (Mono and Aspire) and two feels off.

Had an issue with one pair so the customer service provided a top solution for the problem, responded and solved the whole case in few days.

So the ‘off’ feeling glasses - plastics feel light and some details, edges, texture, paint gives the impression that they are cheap made (Vista). The other one was quite okay in the frame, but the rubbers on the legs were losely attached, giving room to move (Novae).

With the marketing of 60% discount and two for one on top and the mixed quality, gives the feeling that the brand is not authentic. But if you like the styles, some are good enough.

Refreshingly awesome company. first product I received was exceptional quality. Then I realized I had purchased a pair of sunglasses before their buy one get one free special started, so I wrote them and they kicked in the second pair regardless. Now that’s how you create customer loyalty! The packaging was also really cool shape. You can tell there is attention to detail at every step.

Items didn’t fit right so I requested a return which they gave options but then stopped replying to emails. Dealing with this company has been poor. I wouldn’t recommend them.
