Yeah honestly wish I read these reviews first.

Glasses are mid quality. Fit was way off for me.

The main problem though is their return policy. They clearly advertise free returns on their product page but don't actually offer them.

When you try and return, they make you pay for return shipping and duties.

The glasses probably won't fit you and you're going to have to pay a fortune to return them when they don't

Worse than any cheap Chinese Amazon 10 dollar pair of sunglasses. I had two pairs break within 2 months.

Ordered four pairs of sunglasses which arrived and are the most atrocious quality and so small they wouldn't fit on a child's head. Returned them and lost £85 in return postage, fees etc. They deduct 10% for 'inspecting' your return. Absolute joke.

The sunglasses we bought are not what was advertised at all, they are flimsy, and very cheaply made. I bought a pair thats advertised a pink lens, and in person, the lens is clear yellow.

Another pair I bought were advertised to be clear orange and came polarized orange. They are not what is advertised in the pictures at all!!

Furthermore, the quality is cheap and you can see the paint chipping. I believe they cost around $70 with discount (CAD) but are worth no more than $10

Very stylish models, affordable prices. I wanted to correct my order after I made it and Kate Smith (was the employee) did it immediately. I am very thankful and satisfied

return policy is non existent for EU and with their "offers" and "discounts". btw the web page stating that return policy is not working 🤡

The quality is straight-up wild! To get 2 pairs of sunglasses at this level for this price? It totally broke my whole mindset. 😂 Seriously though, CANRAE, I hope y’all keep updating your stuff—y’all are moving too slow. It’s been a year and I think you’ve only dropped 5 or 10 new pieces? Kinda ass, honestly. Also, I’ve seen some people on Insta saying they haven’t received their orders... makes me wonder if it’s some competitors trying to mess with y’all. And LOL, CANRAE never seems to manage their Trustpilot or social media comments, like ever. I’ve had reviews deleted by other brands before. Anyway, this is my third purchase, and it still came within a week, no issues. Total gem of a site.

Scammed. Received my order, yes — but wanted to exchange both frames using their generous exchange policy, only to be met with absolutely no response or way of contacting or initiating my return. Wasted money.

The customer service is non-existent. If you are on this website, you just got scammed.

Canrae are one of those e-commerce companies some guy is running from his bedroom. The only work done is the storing if product at a warehouse that is contracted for package and distribution to whatever address is on an order. Some of the designs are interesting, however, they are mass purchased from different knockoff suppliers and sold on the canrae website as "handmade". The result is a mashup of hit and miss quality. I would say the metal frame sunglasses are far better quality than the plastic sunglasses, generally because the plastic sunglasses can often be sized for teens and sold as adult sizes. My purchase split in half across the nosebridge and I've only used them for 3 months.
All-in-all, while the products on offer seem trendy, out-there, etc, they aren't of good quality which also means they aren't good value for money. You could likely find the same sunglasses sitting in a bargain store for 6-8 £,$,€.
Let's be fair, you probably only heard of Canrae from an advert on Insta, FB, or TikTok, so it's not like a high-end company. Give this place a miss.

Glasses took forever to arrive and when they did they were cracked so I cannot even wear them. Their customer service has yet to respond to me.

Not sure whats going on with this company, but there is no reply from customer service, ive emailed a couple of time regarding the style i ordered which wasnt correct , so tried to get it changed before it got sent , no answer
then the delivery company they used EVRI left my order outside my front door while i was at work , they even sent a proof of delivery email with the pic of my package outside-crazy! have been trying to get through to EVRI to complain as its been stolen! of course. Currently no answer from either of them. Truly shocked at how bad this whole experience has been , defenitely NOT recommending this brand to anyone

I tried to return the sunglasses but they don’t reply to your emails and the online return portal is fake. Unfortunately this is a scam website.

I’ve bought from them before and when I expressed my dissatisfaction with the product they did offer to refund me half my money back. Didn’t want to go through the whole process so I settled for that. However I was more cautious this time around and wanted to visit their store that they have advertised in their Instagram bio to check out their products in person before buying. Let me just say that the address takes you to a commercial office building and their store was no where to be found. I think it’s safe to say it’s simply a scam site and they used some random office building to make their “company” seem legit. Their glasses are really cool but I’d recommend staying away from this company because there’s definitely something sketchy about them.

Want to return the glasses since they don’t fit, but the site doesn’t give any information and they don’t reply on my emails.

It's been over a month... haven't received the glasses.

I'm sure they will eventually arrive, but it's just very unprofessional.

Total scam site. I was scammed in the same way as others below. They send me cheap, poor-quality sunglasses and then ignore my emails asking for a refund. The refund link directs me to a malware site. If only I had searched here before making a purchase...

Visual experience with their sunglasses is very poor and causes headaches. I asked my friend if you feel the same with these glasses on and they confirmed. First I contacted Canrae about the scratch after receiving the products and then I emailed that I want to return my purchase and there were no response before I messaged them on insta, then they replied with just

„Thank you for your feedback, we can send you a new package.
You can choose the color and style again (the price is similar to the previous one)“

The product is ok. Glasses are good quality but often have unusual sizing or shape.
But customer service is non-existent. They don't reply to messages. There is no way to return or exchange products.
So choose wisely or take risks, because you might end up with the product even if you don't like it.
