Steady Yet Flexible!

I'm in a different phase in life. This assessment was great at helping me to recognize where I'm solid in personality, character, and emotions traits and then where I've changed and grown. All, I believe are relative to life experiences.

Even though I wasn't able to get to this test in time before the company moved on with other applicants I appreciate the opportunity to take this assessment. It gave me motivation at the end reading my reaults. Thank you for your time and consideration at Lamar.

Test results variance

I do not mind of conceiving of that structure as opposed to having it done for me! Because ultimately within any task, project or job, I can only control my own attitude and my own effort.
