I really enjoyed the questions about myself

I currently do installation of playgrounds. We pick up the unit from the warehouse, we deliver to the homeowners property. Install the unit until done. It’s very satisfying when you see what you’ve done. In the past I have worked independently delivering products to homeowners homes, unload and setup. I love driving from small SUV’s to large trucks. I’ve pretty much have driven everything except semi. I can drive automatic to manual transmission. I’m a motivated individual that needs little direction. I find it to be satisfying to come into a new business opportunity, learn everything there is to know about that company and excel. I do like to help others that are struggling with their tasks. Help to get the job done.

The CI test was easy to read, understand, & relate! There are 5 choices to choose from to carefully identify what most you pull towards!

The staff was helpful, I was greeted upon entering the store smelled heavenly, and i enjoyed the experience of just walking around reviewing items i was interested in.

My experience was great, the questions evaluate you as a person and determined if you have passion and how one carries out his/her duties to the maximum benefit of client and the institution.

I think it would be a great place to work and meet new people and have a great day enjoy the job

This was an insightful exercise. By answering the questions based on first instict, a true development of strengths and areas for improvement were identified.

I feel the questions were relevant to the job for which I am applying.

This company seems to really care about making sure people fit into the company in the way that suits them best. The survey covers a swath of information and personal concepts that, if you answer them honestly, really seem to encapsulate what type of person and worker you are. I think if companies actually pay attention to the results of the survey, they could place people appropriately in roles and not have people scrambling to try and make their own place.
