Exceptional service

I had an issue with my delivery (FedEx fault, not Candlera's!) and they were so quick and so helpful to support, really pushing on my behalf to get it resolved properly when FedEx weren't being particularly helpful. Truly the best customer service from Ieva. Will be a continued loyal customer and fantastic products, best around.

Obsessed!! I love that you can use this product in any heatproof vessel, I’ve turned so many decorative bowls into display candles, used it for events, table settings and more! It lasts longer than my normal candles and I love the ability to use it for something then empty the remaining sand to use again for something else!

First of all the product is amazing!!!! We run a venue and the candle sand looks beautiful, lasts a long time and is so easy to manage! Using it has saved us a lot of time with both candle setup and takedown!! No more scraping wax off the sides of cylinders. Secondly service is so great! I reached out on a delivery problem (was with the delivery company) and they continued to followup to ensure my order arrived! Highly recommend the product and their people!!!
