We’re sorry that your experience was disappointing. We’d like to clarify that we do not guarantee Christmas delivery on our website - we provide an estimated delivery timeframe of 3–5 business days, which excludes weekends and public holidays and may be affected during peak seasons.

We responded promptly when you contacted us and dispatched the order on the next business day. Unfortunately, courier delays during the Christmas period impacted the final delivery timing.

We regret that this left a negative impression and appreciate the opportunity to clarify this for future customers.

AMBIENCE AND RELAXATION

Candlera candle sand is THE way forward for creating ambience and relaxation , as well as being tidy and simple to use. Favourite containers and bowls can be used - and it is incredibly easy to replace and renew. The ceramic bowls I have also bought look great.

Love the idea that the candle can be refilled, mixed with other waxes to create my own candle and that there is no waste. The containers are sturdy, but not too big, just right!”
