Candlelight Concerts Arvostelua 95

Just read Claire Goodwins review which exactly mirrors our experience at St Albans on Wednesday. Add to that we couldn’t see any of the stage at all and our ‘screen view’ was a tv that didn’t quite sync with the music. Basically we were sitting in a cold corridor watching very average renditions of ‘popular’ Christmas songs on a television with not a candle in view. We left at the interval along with many others. Disappointing evening!

Music did not hear enough and not enough instrument. Ticket was too expensive compere expierence.

I got sick the day of concert and Fever refused to give me a refund/ credit or at least a different ticket. I spend $186 for 2 tickets. This is absurd and a very bad customer service. I will report them to Better Business Bureau.

Ils se prennent énormément de marge pour le contenu proposé. D'autres spectacle moins cher sont accessible et plus qualitatifs.

De plus : l'application est une arnaque, points de fidélités applicables seulement sous conditions, seulement avec l'application mobile.

Impossible d'avoir un remboursement pour les places qu'ils ont annulés eux même !

Lorsque l'on contact le support on a des réponses bateaux venant de la FAQ, ils ne lisent même pas le message envoyé !

Les frais de dossier pour chaque place achetée !! plus on prend de place plus c'est cher :O

Je ne recommande pas. Pour ne pas dire "fuyez!"

Played the hits but lacked of energy and originality, just a meh experience not impressed .

Christmas by candlelight ..... Seriously I have more candles in my lounge.
As soon as the band started at least 10 mins late my heart sank, it sounded like a school performance. The singers then came on stage and a little more hope came but soon left the building along with the people getting up to leave after 15 mins. The terrible renditions of Coldplay and Elvis's blue Christmas were the final straw for us and we left along with many other at the interval.
You see the pictures and promotional videos of what looks like a magical experience and what you get is a budget version of a saga coach outing.
They encouraged people to sing along , possibly to drown them out but the woman murdering a cat sat behind us seriously didn't help the atmosphere.
Please don't get deceived by the adverts, we learned an expensive lesson and feel so disappointed.

I booked Tribute to Coldplay, but we actually had over 50% Ed Sheeran, even ending the concert on Ed Sheeran. Completely bemused by this!
We would not book again. Follow up through the bookings team just got a ‘thank you for your feedback back’ really disinterested and disappointing.

Candlelight concert in Belgium/Antwerp - hall Athena - Bridgerton music

Ticket price: 24.5 euros

Timing: the concert started 10 minutes to late in a overcrowded hall.

Seats: cheap and very badly fitting folding chairs, mashed together, not an inch of space between the seats. If your unknown neighbor is just a little wider than you, he or she will sit on your chair (nice right?).

Setting: sitting on the (folding) chair you don't see one (fake!) candle anymore and the candlelight experience is just a concert.

Sound micro: in the back of the hall, there was no sound, the speakers did not work.

Music: nice interplay, but do not ask the audience to "join in" (rhythmic hand clapping) because you don't hear any of the music at the back. One of the musicians gave to much explanation (which could not be heard in the back of the hall); he could rather talk less and played 3 to 4 mumbers more.

Mobile phones: unbelievable but use is allowed!

Fire safety: questionable escape routes with such a crammed hall (300 seats mashed together) even with fake candles.

Drinks: Drinks are served half an hour in advance on a table, so while waiting in the crowd to be served, everyone can spit on it. The cava and beer are not sparkling anymore, and the wine is warm.

Reaction organizer Robin about our negatives: "go to concerthall AMUZ then" (well well, nice reaction). Well, We wil land we do, and the audience gets top quality for the same price.

Conclusion: Don't be fooled, it looks nice, but it’s shitty to pay for such bad service.

Remarks:
Two of the same concerts in one evening. I wouldn’t like to sit at the second overcrowded concert, that stinks of sweat.
The profit of the organisation must be huge with such big number of audience and such a bad service.

If you’re late 5 minutes due to high traffic be ready that you’re not allowed to enter and no refunds and exchange possible , never ever again , such a disrespect to people

Bought tickets for George Michael by Candlelight at St Albans Cathedral. Mis-selling under the Trade Description Act let alone under the Consumer Rights Act would be an understatement. If you want an orgy of karaoke with a load of pensioners prancing about blocking your views, coupled with acoustics that are totally unsuitable, then this is for you. Not George Michael by Candelight by any stretch of the imagination. We lasted two tracks……very disappointing. Appreciated the surprise refund today for which added two stars!

I am very disappointed with the way this event was handled. The Candlelight concert in Évian was canceled at the very last minute, leaving guests frustrated and with no alternative solution offered. Such poor organization shows a lack of respect for the audience who plan their time and purchase tickets in advance. I expect not only a full refund but also proper communication and accountability from the organizers. This experience has left me with little trust in Candlelight events.

I attended the Candlelight concert "A Tribute to Queen" on August 9, 2025, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The concert started 15 minutes late, resulting in a loss of 25% of the concert's length as it ended at the announced time. There was no enforcement of the rules regarding mobile phone use, which was very disturbing. Additionally, it was uncomfortably hot in the venue, making the experience even less enjoyable.
I have attempted to contact Fever to receive compensation for these shortcomings but have only received a standard message stating that my feedback will be shared with the relevant departments. This is not acceptable, and I expect real compensation for the poor experience.
I hope other customers have a better experience, but based on my experience, I unfortunately cannot recommend Fever.

Quise comprar 4 entradas por 155€ para un evento un día x. Al no estar disponible, la aplicación eligió automáticamente otra fecha. He pagado las entradas. Al recibir la confirmación veo que es otra fecha y solicito el
Cambio. Las nuevas entradas cuestan 115€ sin embargo Fever Candlelight no devuelve la diferencia de precio. Conclusión. Tengo la peor zona al
Precio de la
Mejor. No aceptan el reembolso. No recomiendo esta página para comprar ningún concierto.

I’ll the concert at Glazier Hall for candlelight experience is far from worth it. Shockingly they put you in an events room, with a small stage, yellow curtains, chairs almost stuck one to another and fake 20 candles.
Really bad, it seemed like a joke.

Nothing like the experience shown in ads. It’s like the Temu version of whats actually shown. Poor student classic players and the venue is nothing like shown.
