Me and my boyfriend booked 2 tickets for a Candelight show in Helsinki.
The best metal songs played with classic instruments.
Now, in Helsinki right now the weather isn't the best and we did ALL we could to get there right on time. We got there with 3 MINUTES delay ONLY. 3 MINUTES. They didn't let us in despite we paid more than 100€, plus 5€ for a photo during the concert. Not only we paid and we were not allowed to assist the concert, but we’ve been told that, perhaps, we won't even get our money back. This was supposed to be our Valentine's present. SHAME ON YOU.
SCAMMERS. You should be ashamed and deserve to fail.

Wow! I was solo on a business trip, yet I was welcomed and treated like a king by Candelight! The venue, AthenA Hall, was was incredibly beautiful! The hosts were all very warm and welcoming. The Spanish pianist couple were incredibly talented and played every Queen and ABBA song like never heard before. The experience really brought on emotions which could not be surpressed! I left feeling enlightened, warm, and loved. I can't believe the negativity of reviews, but many have expectations of all things that will never be met. I recommend avoiding such types.

On February 21, 2026, we attended a candlelight concert in Breda. We are very disappointed with the out-of-tune and mediocre performance by the quartet (three women and one man). The musicians did not introduce themselves; they only mentioned that they are from Maastricht. The performance sounded amateurish and off-key. A great disappointment.

Will never book with these guys again.
We arrived just over a minute late due to traffic as a movie was being made up the road.
They would not allow us in and stated they refuse to allow anybody in after start time.
Shocking customer service and very poor attitude by staff.
At least 4 couples turned away at the door.

The location was in Southwark Cathedral in London. It looked stunning, however the concert was for Queen and Abba music, we got a string quartet, I was expecting a small orchestra. Wrong choice for these classic anthems. Not impressed at all, and on occasion the music got lost. Please change the joined up seating, we ended up next to people who constantly fidgeted throughout the whole performance, felt like I was sat on a trampoline.

I purchased tickets months in advance for a Candlelight “Valentine’s Special” concert based on the published program on the event page (romantic/pop songs, including some songs from my favorite movies). The performance itself was fine, but the program was completely different: they played only classical music and none of the listed songs. That’s a major change from what was marketed, and it left me feeling deceived. I would not have bought tickets if the real program had been disclosed.

I would give this company a ZERO if I could. Total lack of customer service. We purchased tickets to their Valentine's candlelight event in DAYTONA BEACH. After purchasing the tickets, we received multiple emails from the company. Every email stated the venue was located in Daytona Beach. Emails even included a hyperlink to the address to the venue located in Daytona Beach. Only to find out the night of the event that the venue is actually located in New Smyrna Beach, Florida. After reaching out to the company to tell them what happened and why we missed the event, you would think they would correct the situation on their website and in their email communications. However nothing could be further from the truth. They refuse to either refund my money or allow me to use my tickets at another event. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

Un peu comme si dans une restaurant etoile on vous sert du surgelé finds.
C'est pas une formation de musiciens, c'est des musiciens en formation!
Aucune âme, aucun enthousiame. Rien!
Parcontre bravo au matraquage médiatique mais qui ́e correpind en rien a ce a quoi vous assitez!
Et pour ce que c'est c'est beaucoup trop cher!

El concierto en Almería ha sido una experiencia penosa. La sala del Circulo no era apta para tocar esa música. Se oía la música de la discoteca que había en el piso de abajo continuamente.
Una mala elección de la localización que acaba con el placer de escuchar la la música.

Spectacle annulé...
Nous sommes averti une fois sur place après avoir fait 2h de route depuis notre domicile.
Impossible d'obtenir un remboursement Plate-forme téléphonique ou il est impossible de ce faire comprendre.
A fuire c'est une arnaque.
Des incapables sur tout les points.

Das Event fand nicht statt. Die Gäste standen mindestens 30 Minuten in der Kâlte bevor rin Mitarbeiter für die nächste Veranstaltung die Türen öffnete, und behauptete, eine Info-Mail wäre rausgegangen.
Bei der Anfrage nach einem Ausgleich eurde bon fever komplett dreist behauptet, dass überprüft wurde, dass die Veranstaltung stattgefunden hatte.
Anfahrt Hotel und Tickets für nix!

Aucun remboursement ni compensation si tu viens en retard. Il y a eu un pb avec le rer B, il a été interrompu d'un coup alors que j'étais en route pour le concert. Je suis finalement arrivé sur les lieux mais avec 10 min de retard. On ne m'a pas laissé entrer et on m'a dit de contacter le service client pour un éventuel remboursement ou compensation J'ai appelé et envoyé un msg, aucun geste commercial pourtant je leur ai fourni un justificatif mais ils n'ont rien voulu savoir. Je suis désolé mais c'est du vol d'argent. Comment ils ne proposent aucune compensation pour les personnages qui sont arrivés en retard à cause du train et de leur faute ????

Candellight Einaudi Eindhoven: Looked like an Authistic student (out of Mallorca he said) and he also played that way: too fast without feeling and also some wrong notes and no good timing when there were different accords. If there were even accords. Candles were fake.

We went to Hans Zimmer experience in DT Vancouver.
The venue is nice but the performance was at the level of a school band.
It was string quartet, and each of them was trying really hard to get their notes right, however together they did not conduct it well. What made it worse is that everyone in the audience heard and liked Hans Zimmer's music from movies, but what we were forced to listen sounded like anything but Hans Zimmer.

Very dissapointing.
Got 2 tickets for my bday, waste of money! The music is nice but the venue in MK not worthing a penny, compare to the one in London.
I got front tickets and still got in the 4 row, without seeing much.
Advertise is very agressive compare to what they offer...so be carefull. I can t upload pics unfortunately

Wij hebben vouchers voor een Candlelight concert.
Als je reeds eerder geboekt hebt voor een Candlelight concert dan wordt je vorige betaalmethode in het groot en blauw voorgesteld waardoor het niet zo duidelijk is waar je het voucher nummer moet invullen. Heb binnen de minuut na de boeking het contactformulier ingevuld en een mail gestuurd met vraag om annulering of aanpassing van de boeking, maar buiten de uitleg hoe je een voucher moet ingeven, geen enkele tegemoetkoming.

Decepción total. Cancelan un evento esperado para el dia 26 de diciembre y lo comunican solo por email el día 24 de diciembre, en plenas fiestas, sin asegurarse siquiera de que el mensaje llegue al cliente.
En lugar de devolver el dinero, te empujan a aceptar un cupón, como si fuera un favor, obligándote a insistir para ejercer algo tan básico como recuperar lo que pagaste por un evento que nunca se celebró.
Sensación clara de despreocupación por el cliente y de gestión poco empática. Una experiencia muy frustrante que me hace no confiar en volver a comprar.

Nous avions un concert sur Rouen. Nous avons fait toute la route pour apprendre par l'hôtesse d'accueil que le concert est annulé et ceux depuis 1 mois. Nous n'avons reçu aucun mail... Plusieurs personnes se sont retrouvé comme nous. De plus, le groupe fever refuse de nous rembourser nos billets.
