I purchased 7 Canali sport coats from Uomo San Francisco and Bloomingdales. Five sport coats have holes in numerous areas where their cheap ass material failed.

They asked for detailed photos then did nothing to stand behind their products. Wanted me to call Bloomingdales and talk to a manager rather than doing their job on the customers behalf. Too bad I can't post photos of all the holes. Don't purchase Canali if you're looking for quality, complete garbage

Canali produces poor quality shoes that they don't stand behind. Don't be fooled by the inflated price tag. The trim on my Black Buffed Calfskin Oxford shoes (SCA00099496) is delaminating after being worn only six times. I contacted customer service (Donald Miller, US Retail Director), and he falsely claims that Canali takes quality and craftsmanship seriously. However, he and Canali would not stand behind my purchase. They are offering me a 25% discount to buy another pair of Canali shoes that may or may not exhibit the same quality issue. Avoid this "designer" brand if you want lasting quality. Consider better quality brands like Ferragamo if you are purchasing a pair of men's designer dress shoes.

Enquired about collaboration items which in theory should be available by now, or could be in the future. No response 6 weeks later.

Not a big enough name to be this expensive and lazy to have your customer service send a 5-10 word response to someone who was willing to fork out 4 digits when/if the products did get released

Recently purchased a new fine wool suit from Canali, material had a soft feel and comfortable to wear. Some slight adjustments were required, carried out in house by their tailor. Excellent service from JP in the London Bond Street store.

I bought a wool cardigan. I checked the size, which was good. I removed the label and immediately noticed that the cardigan was damaged in two places. I returned the product. The complaint was not accepted because I removed the label. I did not throw away the label but sent it together with the vest.They did not send back cardigan jet-after one month

Canali store New Bond Street, I've been buying Canali clothes for years, mostly from Brown Thomas in Dublin. I was in London for a final fitting around the corner on Savile Row, whilst my suit was ready the shirt my tailor had made was wrong. As I was planning to wear the suit that night I called into Canali to get a shirt and boy is that the last time I ever buy from that brand. A large overweight man who worked there made fun of me for just buying a shirt and nothing else, everyone in the store seemed afraid of him, his unprofessionalism was shocking, I simply think that he has forgotten he works in a shop.

I purchased Canali Jacket from Lebanon shop and paid $2116.

I realized when I arrived to the hotel that the jacket is damaged with a hole on it. I return it but they refused to exchange the jacket. This is really far negative response to loss $2116 because Canali's fault manufacturing.

Ordered a pair of trainers from the website and one of them was a scuff on the suede material out of the box. I emailed customer service and a lady called Martina said the trainers cannot be returned and implied that I had caused the damage and that they have strict quality checks from factory - apparently not. What a shame, poor quality control and poor customer service
