CanaDream RV - Toronto Arvostelua

Well equiped camper, smooth check-in and out process with friendly staff in Toronto (pick up) and Montreal (drop off). Also good documentation and manuals. And a good waiting area to use while waiting for e.g. Uber. There are alot of extras you need to pay for; items/services that should be standard like e.g. leveling blocks or explanation of camper. When selecting a check in time online there were no options left before 12:00. When we got there at 11:00 there were no other clients but we still had to pay an additional $75 if we wanted to check
in before 12:00. That seems a ploy to generate some extra revenue which given the overall cost seems uncalled for. All in all a good experience although at a relatively high cost.

RV was Great

Nice and helpful people, almost new RV.

We had a wonderful time in our RV. The Canadream team were awesome. We had an accident, and the team dealt with it efficiently - there was no impact on our experience. Well done, all, especially the Toronto team. Great value for money, great service and a great RV. Would recommend!

We had a great holiday with the rented RV. A good en clean vehicle. We met several people at Canadream and all of them were very helpfull and friendly. Bringing back the RV was a very easy process. We would certainly recommend this company to other travellers!

This was my first time renting an RV. Your staff in Brampton are so lovely and helpful. They contacted me just to make sure everything was OK prior to pick up because I was running a little late. They were so supportive and kind when I arrived on site. They didn’t rush me or make me feel uncomfortable during the process of the rental. They were also encouraging and supportive in my travels alone in the RV. The RV itself was amazing. So beautiful, so easy to use and so comfortable. Everything from driving, to my daily experiences, even at night when I laid on that comfortable, beautiful bed. It was perfect. Exactly what I wanted and needed. Thank you so much for everything. I would use your company again in a heartbeat if I don’t buy my own! I’m a little addicted to the RV life now.

Very friendly and knowledgeable. Great service.

Any and all dealings we had with Canadream staff were very good! Staff were always very helpful and cheerful; very pleasant to deal with!
The RV we rented was in terrific condition and everything worked perfectly and exactly as described.
The only criticism I have with Canadream was the pricing of any “options” as I felt I was being “nickel and dined”. Many of them, in my opinion, should be included; such as the additional charge for dishes and cutlery.
That said my overall opinion of Canadream is very positive and we really enjoyed our holiday because of that!

Friendly service
Van was well equipped and in great condition

We rented RVs from CanaDream 2 times in the last few years. The whole experience from booking to Drop off was perfect, the RVs are modern and in good condition. Will do it again soon..

I have to say that the overall experience start to finish, from talking with the representative on the phone booking the RV answering my questions. The all the staff at the Brampton location were very helpful, the prepickup videos are good but having the staff ensure safe operation of the camper portion of the vehicle was top notch.
The RV itself was clean and everything worked as it was intended to. When returning the RV pointed out minor defect with equipment, walk through to ensure vehicle was returned in the same manner received. Staff and customer were happy. I have already been ask by friends and some family and recommended your company.

We were serviced quickly and efficiently upon pick-up and drop-off. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The truck and camper were very clean, everything was in great shape.

The RV was awesome and pretty new. There was a tiny issue with the water pump, but the staff was able to fix it immediately. They did a great job.

Everything was super cool and very well organised. CanaDream Team is very professional and helpful. Everything is prepared from the beggining to the end efficiently. Prices in CanaDream are almost the highest on the market (especially if you chose to have all options added) but it is worth to do it with such a good company. Thank you CanaDream Team🙌👏🥇👍

Very nice people and good service.

Helpful and friendly staff, very uncomplicated, good service, fast answers
