Products where exactly as promised. When my order was going to be delayed, I received an email, BEFORE my promised delivery date letting me know the situation. Totally appreciate that level of communication. Products where delivered one day late. Will be ordering again

A month later, I still haven’t received my order.

Paid for rush delivery and no comp for missing committment. Seems like they could have split the difference that I paid got this selection.

I ordered a quarter-zip for my son. It is a nice quality and I think he will be pleased.

Stars not applicable. Too soon to ask for a rating. Still haven't received product ordered on November 8th.(plenty early enough) It is now November 23rd. I have received all
other items from all other companies I've ordered from. I ordered all of them after I ordered from yours. So, the delayed shipping excuse doesn't really make sense in this situation. The history doesn't show any movement since receiving its label days ago.
***Update***
Not sure if coincidental, but less than 2 hours after writing my 1st review, I finally received shipping notification( which is what I actually wanted) and my package arrived within a week after that. I was extremely skeptical because it was being delivered via standard shipping. Although, the length of time between ordering and shipping notification seems too long, overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase!

All the shirts are perfect. Great quality too

I ordered 2 shirts and a flag. The nicer shirt of the two was replaced with a shirt that was no where near as nice.

Get this every year for my son’s stocking.

I haven't heard a thing about my order and when you go on the website you get no status information at all.

I was very excited to order some Christmas gifts for my son. I ordered a tie (very nice), flannel pants (material was a little stiff but hopefully after a few washes they will get softer) two sweatshirts that were GREAT, very nice quality ) and three tee shirts . The tee shirts were awful. You could see weird stains/ marks where they used a heat press or something (?) and the shirts arrived so wrinkled and just in very poor condition. So, to recap:
Tie: GREAT
Flannel pants: ok
Sweatshirts: GREAT
Tee shirts: terrible

i ordered my stuff 3 weeks ago this is ridiculous

They contacted me to say it would be delayed for the shipping. It took about 2 2/1 weeks but that was fine. Got it before the holiday.

I haven't gotten my merchandise yet, and it was ordered weeks ago.

Ordered over 10 days ago, still hasnt shipped. Upsetting. Was hoping to get my order by the end of thanksgiving break but it doesn’t look like thats going to happen.
Edit: dropped another star because its been 16 days and it still hasnt shipped. Plain stupid. Ill give a star or two back if it ships by the end of this week but if not, its staying at one.

I ordered items last night but your checkout system is very confusing I just wanted to check out with my credit card and it won’t let me all I see is pay pal or Amazon pay or Apple play which is all that I don’t do . I also ordered some items a month ago which I somehow was able to pay with just my credit card and I didn’t get my order until just recently . But at that time I was able to pay with credit card . But this time I can’t . Sorry for the bad review but your check out is very confusing.
