Never ordered from this site before so I wasn't sure how it would go but was pleasantly surprised that my package arrived sooner than I thought it would and the quality is nice! Also appreciated the amount of info they provide on the product pages that tell you the material of items and certain aspects they have to them as well as a helpful measurement guide. Will definitely order from here again!

I ordered a prom dress from DarkinCloset for my daughter's junior prom. I was nervous after placing the order because I read some posts on Reddit about scams or poor quality. I am thrilled to say that I didn't have that experience. I had amazing service, relatively quick shipping, and the dress is absolutely stunning--it looks exactly like the pictures.

I contacted customer service 2 days after I placed the order to ask when the dress might ship because it was in a processing state. They quickly replied and said that they anticipated shipping within a week to 10 days, and they held to that. The dress shipped and arrived less than 2 weeks from the day I placed the order.

My daughter opened the box and ran to her room to try it on. The dress is absolutely phenomenal. It has a corset and a separate tulle skirt. The tulle skirt is incredibly full. I thought she'd need a hoop under it, but she doesn't--it's beautifully poofy on its own and very twirly. The corset is the highlight though. It's amazingly high quality with elegant touches like feathers and flowers and it fits my daughter like a glove.

They have so many beautiful dresses and outfits and their vibe fits my daughter's style very well, so this was a first purchase, but it won't be our last. I highly recommend DarkinCloset if you're looking for unique and unusual goth prom dresses that are high quality at a very fair price. My daughter is thrilled to have something that will stand out at her prom.

Shipping was very fast and, the dress is exactly as pictured online very good quality! We'll definitely be buying from here again!

Only complaints I have were the limited payment options and the shipping took a little longer than I was told. The dress was good quality and the communication was great!

I was hesitant to order my daughter's prom dress online for several reasons. But the Victorian-goth inspired dress was exactly what she wanted, and we couldn't find anything close to it locally. I was worried that A) It wouldn't arrive in time; and B) that it wouldn't fit. However, the item arrived within two and a half weeks from the time of ordering it, and I was able to track its movement from various distribution centers. My daughter is petite and around a size 4. We ordered a size small. I am around a size 6; on the day it arrived, I tried on the dress before she got home just to make sure it would be feasible. It was only slightly tight on me, and it fits my daughter perfectly--the stretchy lace-up bodice provides some flexibility as well. The dress reaches all the way to the floor (with heels) so it just works out! My daughter is very pleased with the purchase and excited to stand out at her senior prom :)

The top I ordered is perfect-- exactly as pictured, and fits beautifully. Also, very good communication with the company. I'll definitely order from them again.

Shipping was expedient. Arrived writhing a week as I paid for expedited shipping. Dress was perfect. My grand daughter loves it.

First of all my dress that i ordered is beautiful i was so shocked when it arrived i cant wait to wear it for my formal. The service i got for my order was great aswell, it arrived earlier then i expected and was constantly getting updated with my orders whereabouts that was really helpful to calm my nerves about weather it would arrive in time or not. The customer service seems really great aswell even emailing me to make sure i received my package. I will definitely be ordering from darkincloset again. 😊

my favorite alternative clothing shop came through for me when i could not find pants in other alt shops and got them much cheaper to boot ☺️ my advice is communicate with them ask them their stock and there will be no issues ♡

I have ordered pants. Size S. It was said that it is aviable on the website. Next day I get a mail, I am informed that they do not have the size of my pants and it will not get new stock. I ask for refund. They tell me okay. 20 days and 2 mails later I still didnt get my refund. I am shocked, dissapointed. I thought that this store was trustworthy and legit. I have no words.

Great Support team, and clothes amazing, but came with a button that had fallen from the shirt and i had to glue it togheter again
