Ich bin maßlos enttäuscht trifft es nicht ganz. Ich bin stinksauer! Dabei bin ich nicht mal zum "Zocken" gekommen. Campeonbet ist seit dem 31.10. nicht in der Lage, eine Einzahlung mit Ethereum zuzuordnen. Seit 4 Wochen nun renne ich dem Support hinterher. Unfassbar. Ständig werden die gleichen Unterlagen immer und immer wieder angefordert. Dabei hängen diese in der Mailkette dran. Verweist man darauf, erfolgt keine Reaktion. Fügt man die Unterlagen nochmals an, werden diese prompt noch einmal angefordert. Das hat weder was mit Service noch mit Support zu tun. Das ist schlichtweg unterirdisch. Ich bin es leid. Die Einzahlung kann ich mir definitiv abschminken. Bonus? Ich wäre ja schon froh, wenn Campeonbet meine eindeutige Zahlung zuordnen könnte. Traurig, dass es heute noch ein solches "Geschäftsgebaren" gibt. Aber es steht ja jeden Tag ein Dummer auf, in diesem Fall ich.

Im Casino verlieren, das passiert bekanntlich allen. Aber das man 4 Wochen seiner Einzahlung -erfolglos- hinterherrennt, dass finde ich schon sehr bedenklich. Aber wer in Curacao seinen Firmensitz hat, dem kannst halt auch kaum was anhaben...

I've been trying to make a withdrawal for more than 2 months. First they ask for several documents to be able to make a withdrawal, after the account is verified after a long period, they deactivated the withdrawal option with the excuse that it is being analyzed by the security department, but they already do more than TWO MONTHS that are being this "review" has been made. They say they don't have contact with the department and they can't tell me how long it would take, most likely they'll hang around forever and won't pay anything. I started an account on campeonbet and made my first deposit of 100 euros on 12 of January of 2022.

I received a welcome bonus and made some profit along the way, having made several bets.

I completed the bonus requirements when I finally had an amount of 1494 Euros then I requested a first 1000 withdrawal. They refused saying I had to validate the account.

It took a long loooong time to validate and when I finally did it, they removed 1394 from my account and are now refusing to pay what I rightfully earned... They sent this email to me.
