Cambridge Pianoforte LLP Arvostelua

Excellent quality of tuning as usual (over the last 25 years). It is always a pleasure to welcome Ian to attend to our piano. We couldn’t ask for better attention.

Having been a customer of this business for many years I am still completely satisfied with the service they provide. All orders, whether online or in the shop, are dealt with efficiently by people who know what they are doing!

First class help and advice when looking for appropriate books for my requirements.

Great delivery, the packaging was good too, the book arrived in immaculate condition.

I always get a warm welcome and think I always get what I hoped to buy.
I have SO much music now I don’t need to visit your lovely shop as often.
Just in case I don’t see you over the next three weeks :-
Sorry can’t remember the date I last came
- certainly near the end of November!
WISHING YOU A HAPPY
CHRISTMAS
AND A VERY HAPPY
2025!!!

All good wishes from Jan🤞🎹😎🍸🎹👏

First class, friendly and informative service

Very friendly and knowledgeable delivery team. They moved my piano in a professional manner and took the time to talk me through the process (which I did learn a lot from). I will certainly be calling them back when my piano needs moving to the newly built garden music studio. Would certainly recommend and thanks again Cambridge Pianoforte!

This firm is always very reliable, and the tuning done by an expert technician.

Used this company for tuning and toning for several years: great team and always excellent service.

Iain was very responsive when I asked about including a repair into the routine piano tuning, and he got me booked in quickly. Iain is knowledgeable and experienced, I am pleased that our piano is in the good hands of Iain.

On time and efficient

Great service from a friendly local company.

My 100 year old Upright Piano was carefully and expertly removed and taken for storage. All obstacles were skilfully and calmly overcome by the efficient and friendly team. Many thanks Cambridge Pianoforte.

Informative, friendly and effective

The piano tuner was excellent. He notified me by text message to say he had been delayed. He was polite and efficient.

Kai, in Sheet Music sales, was able to help to fulfil a request at very short notice, and was communicative, pleasant, and very helpful throughout the whole process.

One of the best piano services I have ever come across. Wide selection of pianos and grand pianos, new or used, which can be tuned for your liking, if you wish. Tuning your own instrument is also not a problem thanks to a piano tuning wizard who can make your piano sound as deep or clean as you want it. If you don’t have your own instrument, you can rent one. And if you want to practice playing on a grand concert piano, you can do it in the store. However, even if you currently don’t need anything like this, the store offers you plenty of different scores and training aids to improve your playing skills. You can find a present for a friend-musician; souvenirs with musical symbolism are also available.
This review rather looks like an advertisement, but I would really want to have an alike piano service in my native town.
I received a very professional consultation from Duncan and decided to buy a very balanced instrument from Kawai. The price was very reasonable. I received the instrument quickly and it was assembled for me. I am very thankful to the store workers’ professionalism and help with choosing a new piano.

Laurence Fischer was skilled and helpful in the fitting of our previously broken piano pedal . Thanks also to his colleague from Cambridge Pianoforte who repaired the pedal in readiness for the rather complicated fitting.
