I really needed a piece of music quite urgently and I will have it today which is great. My sincere thanks!👏👏👏👏👏

Duncan is open and friendly. The showrooms are easy to navigate, the pianos on offer are good quality. I've been a customer of theirs for more than 10 years - maybe double that.

Absolutely first rate. Lovely people who took great care of my piano. I would heartily recommend them!

I wanted to share my excellent experience purchasing a pre-owned Schimmel K122E from Iain, Duncan and the team. An efficient and safe delivery to East London. Brilliant service, knowledge of the instrument, attention to detail and communication—I couldn't recommend them more highly.

We were really impressed with the service provided by Cambridge Pianoforte Centre when we were researching and buying a new piano for our son. Duncan's expertise (and patience) was amazing and I would highly recommend going to see him if you're in the market for a new piano!

Duncan was really helpful through all process. I would really recommend to go and talk to Duncan if you need anything about piano.

Cambridge Pianoforte are brilliant. Knowledgable, helpful, kind, and highly skilled.

Laurence is friendly, efficient and knowledgeable, and turns up on time. The piano sounds beautiful again.

All this covered in previous reviews. Keep up the good work!

Duncan was very helpful with a bereavement issue. He gave us a fair price for a used upright piano and took care of everything from moving the piano to getting a timely payment for the piano to the estate. I highly recommend as trustworthy!

Marvellous help from Duncan. We were able to choose a piano with all the digital features and my granddaughter fell in love with the piano immediately! The piano was delivered the next day in time for Christmas!

Iain is always so friendly and polite, a great piano tuner. Always a pleasure to have him come over to get our piano looked at.

Great service, friendly staff and easy booking.

Real expertise and friendly staff

Experienced and skilled piano tuning. Visits always arranged efficiently.

Great company and service. Helped move our piano safely. Highly recommend.

2 very friendly gentlemen could not have been more helpful

I phoned from Edinburgh to get my son's piano in in Cambridge tuned and with the bill then coming to me. All this worked incredibly smoothly and whilst the actual piano tuning is probably the most important consideration, the smooth and efficient way my request was handled mattered a lot. I was then able to hear my son play the newly tuned piano and I'm happy to report it sounded excellent and a vast improvement on its previous state.
