I orderd from Camaloon and payed for express delivery. It was due to arrive the 28th of feb. As I´m writing this it is the 14th of mrach...
I contacted their support and they were gonna get back to me about my order, still nothing. And haven´t recived any money back..
DO NOT USE CAMALOON if you actually need your printed items

Bonjour, tout d'abord je ne poste que très rarement un commentaire sur les forum, mais je me sens particulièrement concerné. Après avoir passé commande chez Camaloon, j'ai consulté ce formur dont les dernier posts faisaient état d'une préstation désastreuse. J'ai pris peur.
Ce n'a finalement pas été mon cas, avec une commande (<100€) recu très rapidement et de bonne qualité. Contre toute attente je suis très satisfait du service fournit par Camaloon. Cela ne veux pas dire que c'est tout le temps le cas mais pour moi rien a redire. Bonne journée.

Première commande effectuée et livrée avec quelques jours de retard...

Je décide de quand même faire confiance à cette entreprise pour une commande bien plus importante.

Commande confirmée le 21/02, livraison prévue le 03/03. Je contact Camaloon le 01/03 pour demander si la livraison sera bien faite le 03/03 (Je préfère prendre de l'avance car il y a eu un retard lors de ma première commande).

On m'explique qu'il y aura un "léger retard" et que je dois attendre un retour par mail.

Le 07/03 je recontact le service client, on m'informe que l'usine va être contacté par téléphone et que je vais avoir un retour dans la journée ...

Le 08/03 Toujours pas de nouvelle, je contact de nouveau le SAV : Une première personne me dis qu'elle va s'informer puis une seconde que la machine est en panne pour toute les commandes clients mais qu'ils ont pas le temps de nous prévenir et qu'il n'y a pas de délais ...

I've been using Camaloon to get bulk orders of promotional badges for six years now. In the last year their service has gone dramatically downhill. They still make a quality product, but their customer service has proved to be terrible.

The last straw for me was placing an order in January, paying the extra cost for expedited shipping (still due to take two weeks to arrive), and then finding out several days after the expected delivery date that the order still hadn't even been shipped. Upon contacting our account manager, he initially lied and said it had already been delivered, then when pushed he stated it was going to be delivered a few days later. By mid February I still didn't have the badges so I asked for a refund on the extra cost I'd paid for expedited shipping (which seemed very reasonable to me given the circumstances), only to be told this wasn't possible. Eventually he stopped replying to my emails altogether, I then sent a complaint through the website that also got no response. The badges showed up at the end of February, seven weeks after I ordered them. I've heard nothing since.

Whilst the badges remain of a high quality, I have no further intention of spending my money with a company with such terrible communication and that treats long-standing customers with zero respect.

Die Bestellung wurde sehr schnell und korrekt bearbeitet. Bisher war die Qualität immer sehr gut.

Ich habe individuelle Magnete bestellt und Expresslieferung bezahlt. Am 17.2.2022 hätte die Bestellung ankommen sollen. Im Tracking keine näheren Infos. Camaloon ist mit keiner Mail erreichbar. Ich habe mit Klage gedroht und meine Bank fordert das Geld retour. Bisher keine Ware und keine Lösung. Hände weg, Camaloon ist ganz mies geworden!

Sehr lange produktionszeit, die ja noch o.k. wäre, aber die Lieferung erfolgte nicht wie angekündigt, sondern erst 2 Wochen später und das nur, weil ich nachgefragt habe!!
Die Tassen, die ich bestellt habe, sind allerdings super.

J’ai commandé des stickers pour ma voiture professionnelle: le premier est arrivé déchiré dans un état médiocre, on ne m’a même pas proposé un remboursement mais un renvoie du produit (le deuxième est arrivé dans le même état) et le micro perforé arrive en bonne état se décolle au bout de 3 jours sur ma voiture. Qualité médiocre et service clients 0

Das zweite mal bestellt und wieder alles top, Lieferung per express war schneller da als angeben.
Artikel passen zum Preisleistungsverhältins und auch der Aufdruck ist sehr gut.

attention c'est une arnaque !! commande de 1407.74€ et rien en retour .... surtout fuyez ...

Alles ok, Ware ist entsprechend den Vorstellungen (Tassen sind spülmaschinenfest :) ). Lieferung erfolgte pünktlich.

Lieferung kam pünktlich zum vereinbarten Termin, Produkte war in Ordnung, der Druck hätte nur größer sein können, viel kleiner auf dem Becher aus als auf der Vorlage zum Eingeben. ansonsten aber zufrieden.

Sehr guter und zuverlässiger Kundenservice.
Meine Fragen und eine kleine Reklamation wurden immer schnell und zufriedenstellend beantwortet und bearbeitet.
Die Lieferung erfolgte immer zuverlässig im angegebenen Zeitraum.

Einfache Handhabung mit dem Gestalten der Tasse.
Ergebniss ist super toll und geniesse meinen Kaffee jeden Tag aus der Tasse.

Camaloon has been horrendous. I placed a business order with them, had to chase the account manager as they had left. No one had picked up the order after that. I had to do a lot of chasing and calling to even get the order through to production.

I was promised and paid for the delivery to arrive on a certain date, which it did not. The account managers stopped replying to emails and taking phone calls.

Once the item was ready, it was no longer required. However I asked them to ship it anyways, to then be told some malarkey about custom charge etc.

This entire order and experience was horrendous and I would never use nor recommend other to use CAMALOON.

Fuyez tant qu'il est encore temps. Une fois votre commande passée, impossible de joindre personne, commande jamais livrée après un mois. aucun moyen de se faire rembourser. bref de la pure arnaque !!!
