Vous passez commande bien en avance et ils le délais de livraison n'est pas respecté. Ils ne vous répondent pas sauf lors que vous leur dites que vous allez demander le remboursement (ayant eu la chance d'avoir fais mon achat via paypal) pour vous offrir un 20% sur votre prochaine commande alors que vous ne commanderez plus jamais chez eux.

I cannot recommend this company since I’m still waiting for my refund of 4.887,08€ of my last order which was never completed.
I warn everyone to place an order at Camaloon. The company scammed several people a couple of months ago, before they deleted all of their former social media accounts.
Now they just changed the legal entity of their company and move on like nothing have happened. You should take care of what the brand has done and be responsible for it.
Or is that what Camaloon, the brand you bought, stands for? Ripping off people, changing the entity and just move on?I ask you again for the contact you acquire the brand from.
Please provide the contact of the company which is responsible for the liquidation of CAMALIZE. Since you bought the brand, website, contacts and so on from them I’m sure you know how to contact them - it’s easy as this. You are responsible, since you acquired a brand which scammed hundrets of people. So take care for what the brand has done. Help people like me to get our expanses covered - the only thing you have to do, is to share the contact you acquire the brand from.If you don't have to hide something, why don't you tell it?

badges - just awful
I ordered badges as I had used these guys for a few years. this year the badges were awful, half fell apart, 25% of the order was n=missing, and though I paid shipping with the order, I had a £60 customs bill as they had not sent with enough shipping. I contacted through CS which is a waste of time. I will not use again

I had a couple of years of amazing service from these guys and then this year they did half an order (brilliantly) and never sent the second half. I see from the website they've gone bankrupt so I guess they were trying to keep going after the pandemic. Thanks for your hard work guys, and I'm sorry it ended so badly for you.

Commande avec plus d'un mois de retard pour certains produits et 2 mois de retard pour d'autres, produit non conforme à ce qui est montré sur le site. De plus le service après-vente ne vous répond pas. Vous trouverez mieux ailleurs !

Der mitgeteilte Liefertermin wird nicht eingehalten.
Kontaktaufnahme über die auf der Homepage genannten Email help(at)camaloon.com wird vom Mail-Server unter dem Vermerk zurückgesendet, dass die Email Adresse nicht erreichbar ist.
Ich kann nur jeden davon abraten bei Camaloon zu bestellen, die Kontaktaufnahme erfolgt nur noch über Chatbots, persönlicher Kontakt ist nicht mehr möglich.
Ob ich jemals die Ware erhalte, steht wohl in dene Sternen. Sollte Camaloon nicht liefern, bleibt kein andere Weg übrig wie einen Anwalt zu kontaktieren.
