BUtane gas refills-plastic top cracked in transit!
Product itself works perfectly as a gas refill canister and delivery time was fine. Canister top comes with various sized nozzles which is handy if needed. but the plastic top of one of the gas canisters was cracked/ broken, probably happened during transportation as all the bits of it were in the packaging. Lucky I purchased 2 canisters so I can use top for other one when needed.

Fantastic service and company
Fantastic service and company. I ordered a heater expecting it to be delayed over Xmas however it came within hours. We also have the main outside calor gas tank and it’s fantastic. Always warm and hot water on demand. It’s the best thing ever for any home. We have elderly parents too so getting cold isn’t an option for them but since we got in Calor we have never had a cold day or night again.

Lack of Heat
A serious lack of heat coming from the patio heater. You have to almost be right beside the heater to feel any heat. The range of heat is seriously over stated on the packaging And promotional material. I’ll be contacting Calor Gas about false advertising on the range of heat and looking for a refund.

It’s difficult to move the gas heater & when you do the guard around the glass tube comes off easily every time.
