Cala Homes Arvostelua

I am in the process of buying a Cala Home at the Randall Fields development in Stotfold. On Friday, Kelly & the site manager invited me into my home 🏡what a lovely experience it was! Both Kelly & Tina have been on the journey with me, exchanging contracts, selecting options, sending me video updates, the service, care and connection goes beyond their job role. Thank you both and see you again soon 🙏⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️♥️

Purchased a house from Cala homes at Kings Barton, Winchester, i found all the staff very helpful, nothing was too much trouble, we were kept informed throughout the build, at handover Gavin was excellent, he showed us around the house and was very knowledgeable, we had a few snags but that was put right immediately by the site foreman Tom and his staff, again all very good and polite.

I called customer service (Louise) due to a key getting stuck and I had to leave for work, within 10 minutes I had a new lock. In a very stressful situation I was very well looked after. Both Lee and Will were able to fix the issue extremely quickly and had a right laugh when the stress of it wore off. Thank you so much!!

We recently had Alan from Cala in to touch up walls and ceilings as part of our snagging. The painting he has completed is good and he is a credit to the business.

Completed with satisfaction

Kerry Hall from Cala Homes has been absolutely fantastic. I found myself in a tricky situation after my chain collapsed but fortunately Kerry was able to progress my purchase on quickly enough that i managed to keep hold of my buyers and completed on the sale in record time. Kerry was incredibly responsive and was more than happy to go above and beyond to keep things moving quickly. I am so glad i chose to buy a Cala home.

Review purely for employee George Fisher who was an absolute pleasure to deal with. George was very respectful of the house before starting the work, ensuring dust sheets and protective coverings were applied to the area. George was fantastic at providing updates at each stage of the process over the 2 days and went above and beyond in the quality of work completed. An absolute credit to the business and I’d be more than happy to have George come back should any other similar work be required in the future.

We had some minor cosmetic repairs that required completing in our property, which Molly kindly organised with one of the Cala operatives - Chris Denny.
He was punctual and the end result is immaculate. He was careful not to interrupt us or get in our way whilst at home and was then proactive to report some other plaster cracks that have also now been booked in! I really appreciate this swift action.

A serious car accident found in cross junction inside Buckler's park. 3 accidents reported within 2 years on the same spot and this time is the most serious one, 2 car caused together and push ahead, air bag comes out, front bumper comes out and 1 Meter more , they will run into my house. When I reported the case to Cala, the house and road builder of Buckler's park, the answer is simply I will make council aware your concerns, that's all! As a house and road builder, Cala has no responsibility to the work they did and just as a news reporter to relay a message to council ?!, i hope my next message is not "few moments later, a people died on the car accident spot as Cala did nothing to improve from the complaints !!

We would like to express our sincere appreciation to Jenny and Lizi at CALA Homes, Aurs Meadows, for the wonderful support and care they provided throughout our home-buying journey.

We came very close to purchasing a beautiful Dewar home and went through almost the entire reservation process. From our very first visit, both Jenny and Lizi were incredibly welcoming, friendly, professional and patient.

Buying a new home is a huge decision, and naturally, we had plenty of questions along the way! They always took the time to explain things clearly, accommodate our requests and guide us through the process without ever making us feel rushed or pressured.

What impressed us most was their genuine understanding and professionalism when we eventually made the difficult decision not to proceed, as certain aspects of the property weren't quite right for our family. They respected our decision completely and handled everything with kindness and understanding.

Even though we didn't end up buying the house, our experience with Jenny and Lizi was extremely positive. Their dedication, patience and customer care deserve real recognition.

**A huge thank you to both Jenny and Lizi for making us feel so welcome and valued throughout the journey.** You are a real credit to CALA Homes.

We would happily consider CALA again in the future and hope our paths cross again when we find the right home.

**Highly recommended for their exceptional customer service!**

This was the first time we have purchased a brand new house. Didn’t know what to expect but “Wow” it has been great! We have been with Liz every step of the way and then finally Jo. From reserving our plot to picking finishing touches it has been superb! The finish on the house is amazing. We looked at several estates/Builders in Wimborne but Cala was the best. We have only been here a week but this house feels like home! The aftercare and moving in touches/ gifts we have received have been amazing! We highly recommend Cala and Liz! Calum Parker aftercare has been great!

We have had a wonderful experience buying our new home at Cala Homes’ Oakwood Park in Wimborne.

A special thank you to Liz Allsop, Kerry and Harriet, and everyone who has helped us along the way. Buying a home and arranging a part exchange can feel overwhelming, but their friendly approach and support have made the whole process so much easier.

Liz deserves a particular mention for her warmth and kindness. Every time we visit, we feel welcome and already at home. She has made choosing our new home feel truly special, and we have really appreciated her offer to help with measurements and all the little details.

We have now exchanged contracts and cannot wait to move into our beautiful new home. We love the house and the area, and the people at Cala have made the experience even more memorable.

Thank you from both of us, Igor and Tania

I wanted to take the time to write a review for not only Cala, but for Lee. Lee has been nothing but amazing since we moved in at the end of March 2026. He has always been on hand to pop by and fix reported snagging, or bits he may have noticed himself when on site. He has gone above and beyond. I cannot fault him and would recommend him to anyone I would speak to - thanks Lee!

Rossana is so helpful and always so welcoming. We have dropped in on a couple of occasions and she is such a wealth of knowledge. We are so much more informed around new build house buying since we have spoken to her.

I was very happy with the work that Neil Oglesby completed from Cala Homes - he was friendly professional and delivered the snagging work to a great standard. Highly recommend.

Paul came today to fix my en suite floor. Did a great job and was very pleasant. Janette McGarrity

Neal came out to do some painting around the house-- he was very punctual on both days he attended-- he is very pleasant and polite and took time to explain what he would be doing-he is a very tidy worker and left no mess whatsoever-- his work is first class and he also picked up on a few bits that I had not noticed and sorted them for me -- we are delighted with the service provided-- neal also took time out to speak to the dog -- 10 out of 10 for neal

We have been extremely impressed with the support and service provided by Vicky throughout our experience with CALA. From the outset, she has been professional, knowledgeable, approachable and genuinely attentive to our needs. Her patience, honesty and willingness to go the extra mile have made the entire experience a positive one. Vicky is a real credit to CALA, and the company is fortunate to have someone who represents its brand with such professionalism and care. Thank you, Vicky, for your outstanding service.

A huge thank you to the CALA Calderwood Team, especially Rob, Izy, Victoria, and the PX Team. Your support, kindness, and hard work made the whole sales process so smooth. We're delighted with our new home and grateful to have chosen CALA. 😊

Alan Taylor has visited our property on multiple occasions to address any decorating issues that we have. Alan addresses promptly and professionally, often asks and explains how or what can be done to address the problems. Nice guy and very respectful when working in our home.
