Cakes Today Arvostelua

Joyce and her team made a beautiful cake for my husband's funeral. The cake was delicious and they took trouble to make it match a photo that I sent. It was the star attraction at the party and made everyone smile.

The cake was simply amazing. I've been constantly looking for egg free cakes as my son has severe allergy, and honestly, out of all I tried, this was the best one so far. It looked beautiful, exactly as the one in the picture and the taste was lovely. Will definitely buy again. Very happy with the overall experience.

Cake exactly as illustrated on website. Delicious. Only downside a 10 hour window for delivery. So had to have delivered on Sat for Sunday teatime.

This is the worst service I have ever gotten. I ordered for a birthday cake for my partner and choose a delivery date which was a day earlier. The cake never got to me on the delivery date or on his birthday. When I called I was diverted and asked to send a mail to a customer experience team that never responded. I have asked for a refund and it is taking a week to process and I still haven't got my money back. I feel like I have been scammed. Their communication system is horrible as customers are kept in the dark. I want my money back as I will never use you guys or refer a friend.

I ordered a cake for my grandsons birthday. Cake well decorated, moist and light. Just how it is on the picture. He loves it. The delivery time is just the problem 8am -8pm. I asked for a late delivery. It was delivered the time excepted. Impressive I would recommend.

Did their best to accommodate what I was asking for. Great cake. Happy birthday girl. Great job guys!

Great service; very helpful teams on WhatsApp and phone. Efficient delivery, very tasty and brilliantly presented cakes. The same day delivery is just fab! So great for a big corporate event we had. Impressed and would definitely recommend.

Smarties was without color, maybe it was frozen before, no idea, i couldn’t t use it for my sons birthday, went to Asda in last minute before the party and bought one, i cant recommended this company. Awful looking Scrumptious Smarties Chocolate Cake, nothing like in picture on their website.
Chocolate Cupcakes looked ok, but was un-tasty.

Red velvet brownies delivered for my birthday. Dense & tasteless. Like a box of playdough squares. Totally inedible. Full of E numbers. Told the buyer to get their money back. Do not recommend in the slightest.

Great service and very convenient to order a cake and its ready for collection within an hour.
Very straight forward ordering process and the staff had a very good product knowledge. Good work…
Keep it up…

Ordered the vegan unicorn cake at about 3pm on Saturday afternoon. It arrived by 7pm. Looked fabulous, tasted delicious and such a brilliant show-stopping centre piece. Excellent service would definitely use again.

I ordered my cake for my mum's birthday on a Saturday. She's had an especially tough year and this year so many of us got together from all over to surprise her. CakesToday let us down by not delivering the cake. It sat in their warehouse all weekend and was delivered Monday late morning. We refused the delivery, and then called them up for a refund. They asked me to email experience(at)landofcake.net which we did. It has been almost a week since and we've heard nothing from them. The woman on the phone was also unapologetic, didn't feel like she cared to solve my issue - just told me to email and if there was anything else.

I want my money back! This is not the way a successful company is run!

I've been a loyal customer for years with Cakes Today & the cakes have consistently been well presented and tastes great!! Even though your customer service was initially questionable, my latest experience was promising. The lady who took my order (Michelle) did a great job in removing any of my misgivings about Cakes Today. Michelle even allowed a 15% discount for the order & removed the booking fee! This is the level of service that I expect from you guys especially seeing as I've been a loyal customer for years. So well done to everyone at Cakes Today especially to Michelle and keep up the good work.

Excellent service, the delivery was on time.I ordered a marble cake for my daugter's 5th birthday and it was delicious.I received a lot of compliments from the guests.Thank you 😊

Awful , cake bashed , broken in parts . Called to complain phone number rings out and then emailed no answer . Daughters birthday tomorrow and won’t be using the cake !

OMG, I ordered a Red Velvet cake for my daughters 16th birthday. Best I've ever tasted. It was moist, creamy and tasted delicious. I will definitely be ordering from Cakestoday again.

Amazing customer service, quick turn around . Highly recommended. Thank you so much

Due to my lack of organisation I order a cake for my other half at 3pm and it was delivered the next day around lunch time! Perfect service and great cake, the whole family thought the cake tasted great!

Ordered this cake last minute. It was delivered to the party on time as promised and it was stunning! Cake way bigger than it looked online and decoration was superb. Delicious flavour and it was a talking point all night!! Great cake, great company and I will be back! Thank you cakes today!

I ordered a cake late Thursday morning and it was delivered the same evening. I can’t fault the quick service and the cake looked great, although a tad dry but it was enjoyable.
