I order every year. Cupcakes and a birthday cake. Impressed with speed at which the cakes are produced and options available. Usually order the day before for delivery and grateful for the cut off time being as late as it is.. great cakes … always asked where did you get them ??😊

Great experience from the beginning till the end. Good quality cupcakes, and I need to mention that I don't do cupcakes and had two if them!! One vanilla and one chocolate.
Definitely would recommend Cakes Today team.

Second time ordering
Second time ordering, easy and quick. Great cake, no complaints on taste.
However cake was left on door step without any mention. Hopefully this is not repeated on the 3rd time round.

I have ordered from Cakes Today twice now, both for same day delivery and have been more than satisfied both times!
The cakes were delicious and the communication with the company was easy and clear. I was able to call up and track my order where I was told how many more stops until my cake was delivered to me and how long it would be. I will be using Cakes Today in future.
Would definitely recommend!!

The cake was the star of our party
I needed to order a birthday cake for my grand-daughter and chose one from the pictures and description on their site. They also gave me helpful advice when I called them with queries about my order. They delivered exactly what I wanted, as promised, on time and beautifully presented. Everyone agreed that the magnificent cake was the star of the birthday party. We will definitely be back to order more.

Best cake company out there
Best cake company out there. I ordered through them 3x on 3 different occasions. The service and delivery has been seemless and the taste always fantastic! I think they also have unbeatable price/quality for London.

Very Good Service
The cake is lovely but the pick and mix provided wasn't what was on the cake on the site. If you pay over £80 for a cake please provide exactly what is shown on the picture.

Superb, great value cakes!
I had occasion to order 2 cakes in the last week. The staff called me to talk through my order. Beautiful personalised cakes, delivered promptly. I got notifications on time and the size of the cakes! So generous. Great value for money.
So many dietary needs catered for. Definitely use them again.

Damaged cake and poor service
Very poor service since changed ownership. Used twice since change. First time cake was late. Second time the cake was damaged and there was a spelling mistake on the cake recipient's name. Quite an important factor Don't you think. The sugar paper with the image was all crinkled. It looked awful. They said it was perfect when it left the depot. I was offered a £20 refund off my next cake which I declined. Our event was marred by the experience and shoddy workmanship with the cake. They used various excuses including blaming the weather for the icing slippage. The driver practically dumped the cake and drove off, not giving us any chance to check the cake. Will definitely not be using this cake company again.

Loved them. Purchased multiple times from them and they are always fresh and perfect for the events.
Just have one advice if you guys please have delivery services just outside London areas that are nearby if possible. It would be awesome.

Very well served by Cakes Today. I wanted to send my son a birthday cake but was finding it difficult since he lives in London and I live in Malta. I contacted Cakes Today on their WhatsApp number. They replied immediately and they accepted my order for same day delivery. I found Cakes Today to be very professional. The cake was delivered as requested and I am told it was delicious!
