Cakes Today Arvostelua

The cake got to the recipient on time but I did not see what I said should be written on the cake. Good job overall. The recepient was pleased with the cake. So job well done

Great service cake looks like in the picture and received great customer service to make sure it what I wanted. The cake was light fluffy the kids loved it.

Absolutely awful company!
Mum ordered me a birthday cake from them and the picture online versus what was received was miles apart in terms of quality. The icing wasn’t smooth and was split so liquid was seemingly running out of it, writing was messy, their logo was shoved on top and the presentation board was greasy. Honestly, it looked awful! I couldn’t send my mum a picture of it as I knew how upset she’d have been.

I tried to complain but they are not interested at all.

Avoid this company!! Places like cutter and squidge are miles better quality and service and only slightly more expensive.

Awful experience.

Awful customer service. Their unique selling point is same day delivery up to 8pm. However, despite ordering a day before. The cake was delivered after 10pm and no refund issued. Nightmare company.

If it is a next day/same day cake you desire, perhaps a cake is not the thing to get. But if you still think a same day cake is what you need. Then this is NOT the company to get it from.

Fraudulent. Thieves. Poor service.

Please do not order from them.

The online ordering system was easy to use and was mightily impressed with the quick turnaround. It was a nice touch to also receive a phonecall, confirming order delivery and enquiring about personalisation

First time experience was great. All happened as arranged. Polite people and the cake was delicious

First time of using cakes today but it won’t be the last. Wanted a special cake for my sons 18th. Easy to order, polite & clear communication over the phone. Good delivery service that was within the time range given & helpful advice on how to hold the large cake from the delivery driver. Cake was delicious too. Defiantly recommend.

This is the second time I have used Cakes today and they haven't failed me. Quite the contrary the where fantastic. I would recommend Cakes today if you want a great tasting cake decorated perfectly for our occasion and delivered on time. Thank you

The staff were polite, friendly and efficient. Cake arrived well-packaged and on time. Cake looked amazing but didn't taste nice. Texture of sponge was very bad, rather dry and tasted bland. The frosting didn't taste nice either. Had to pay almost £51 for home delivery for an 8 inch cake. Complete rip off. Waste of money. Will never buy cakes from this company again. They are very unprofessional cake makers.

Really happy with cakes today. The cake arrived in perfect condition. The packaging was excellent and the cake tastes delicious. I would definitely use again

Highly recommend these cakes. Very helpful and friendly service with attention to detail to make your cake extra special and personalised how you would like it. I’ve ordered birthday cakes from Cakes Today for over 3 years now and wouldn’t think to look anywhere else. Great service and tasty cakes!

A good experience overall. I ordered online and uploaded a photo. I paid delivery but the times were vague; anytime between 8am to 8pm, so instead I opted to collect. The delivery fee was non-refundable, so they allowed me to use it to buy additional candles instead which was fine. We bought a vegan cake to suit everyone at the party. The flavour and creaminess was nice, but the cake itself was very dense. I’d be open to try a regular cake from there maybe next time.

Thank you Cakes Today for a perfect Cocomelon themed customised cake for my baby boy’s first birthday. It was really beautiful & perfectly delicious too. I have been your regular customer for last two years and the services are really good, I would highly recommend the tasty cakes from you to everyone. Thank you Michelle for all your help this time for an amazing yummy cake & for the excellent service. Really appreciate!!

Easy to order lots of different varieties of cakes and can order for same day delivery which was a bonus as needed a cake ASAP so very pleased with services and would definitely recommend.

After ordering cakes last Easter, a lovely follow up call this January in time for two birthdays. The team are so helpful, accommodating, super fast deliveries, ordered 4 cakes now, all arrived on time, delicious, in perfect condition & personalised perfectly. Couldn't ask more from a company. A bit pricy, but happy to pay slightly more for superior taste , service & beautiful designs.

Totally blown away by the service. Cake was exceptional. Best vegan cake ever. Decorated so beautifully. Customer service spot on. All staff have been extremely helpful. 5 star service

Very easy to order, same day delivery, and the cakes were apparently delicious! (It was a gift). Delivery was delayed but all in all great service
