Cakeshop Arvostelua

I have ordered from here twice. first time the cake toppers I ordered within 2 days and we're great quality! And the 2nd time I ordered there was an issue with the website but I got in touch with the email address on the website and my issue was resolved via email and my product was dispatched the same day and arrived the next day. Top service! Definitely recommend!!

Brilliant customer service. My cake toppers were lost by the courier and when I contacted Cake Shop straight away they re-printed them, within half an hour, so they could go guaranteed next day delivery with Royal Mail, at no extra charge. Would use them every time.

Outstanding! Excellent quality. The ability to customise your own toppers is so easy to use and great value for money. Great communication and customer service and super fast reliable delivery. Highly recommend!

I NEVER write reviews.. however I had to come online and leave these guys a review. I ordered cake toppers with pictures on yesterday and they were delivered today. Absolute seemless order and fantastic product! Honestly so impressed! Will absolutely use these again!!! Thank you SO much xx

Exceptional Service and Quality Products!

I recently ordered cupcake toppers for my daughter Leah’s birthday and mistakenly left “your text here” on the design. Olivia and her team were amazing in addressing this issue. They reached out to me and sent replacement toppers without the incorrect text at no additional cost.

The cupcake toppers are stunning, and I can’t wait to use them for Leah’s birthday tomorrow. The customer service was exceptional, and I am extremely grateful for their swift and generous response.

Thank you again, Olivia and team, for going above and beyond! 🙌🏼

Very helpful service and amazing quality. I am ordering cake personalised icing toppers a few times in the last couple of months and each order was perfect and sent quickly. I had a query which was responded prompt and efficiently. Highly recommend company.

Great customer service, have used on a couple of occasions, really responsive and happy with the toppers.

The cake toppers that I ordered were excellent quality. We did have a worrying moment when the next day delivery was unexpectedly delayed at the courier company, but Emily sent out another set which arrived in time, saving the day! Great company.

Ordered some toppers .......never arrived. Even paid extra for next day delivery. Thankfully I ordered the actual cake elswhere. Never again.

Extremely easy ordering, quick delivery. The photo cake topper is amazing, the quality of the photograph is fantastic. Great company.

I ordered some cake toppers for my daughters birthday cakes and chose to add my own pics. The toppers turned out brilliant and made the cupcakes look perfect.my daughter loved them.cakeshop dispatched my order the same day as I placed the order so was really impressed.Royal mail delivered in good time a couple of days later.would definitely recommend and would order from again

This company have ALWAYS been so helpful. I will always use this company for cake toppers now as I feel they really do care about their customers!

Such an easy site to use. The items came the next day and were great quality. My friend was delighted with the result.

Always professional and helpful. Cakes are moist and delicious 😋. Affordable prices too.

Great service from Cakeshop.com. I ordered an edible cake topper with a football club logo on Thursday evening and received it Saturday morning. The image is very clear and good quality. It was very easy to order and upload a photo of the logo I needed. I also had to contact them with a query which was answered the same day. I’ll definitely use them again.
