Cafelat UK Limited Arvostelua

Great website, great people, great products, well made... Thank you guys and thank you Paul

I had purchased the standard Cafelat Robot with the intention of upgrading at a later date with the BooKoo pressure gauge.
Panicked when I realised I needed the pressure pipe to feed the pressure gauge.
Contacted the company via email (the best way to connect with this company) had a quick reply and link to order spares. Ordered the metal sleeve and 2 tubes. They supply good information that I can pop down to my local pneumatic fittings company and pick those items up.
A very helpful company, which is rare!

Happy customer
Value for money

The Robot is well-designed and high quality. I have used a competing product made by Flair espresso for several years. The ergonomics and quality of materials of the Robot is a step up from the Flair.
The purchasing experience was smooth and shipping was quick.

Great experience! Super fast shipping to the States.

Lightning fast shipping and great communication!

Super fast delivery and the best espresso I've ever made! Thank you! The Robot is a work of art!

I am impressed with both quality of the product and quality of the service provided. It is early days pulling shots and I am still working on my workflow. However, each shot gets better and I can see the potential and control that the Robot offers.

Availability of stocks, quick to ship, and free shipping!

Had a problem with my order. Stuff like this can happen. Cafelat offered great service and made sure the problem was resolved.

Great service, beautifully packed and brilliant product. Worth the wait !

I ordered my espresso machine online from the UK, and overall, it was a very positive experience. The package was extremely well packed, and shipping was pretty fast. There was a small issue with my original order – the orange version of the machine wasn’t available – but the customer service was super friendly and quick to respond. They immediately offered me two alternatives (black and green), and I ended up going with one of them and am really happy with it.

As a nice gesture, they also included some extra goodies in the package, which I really appreciated. Overall, great communication, smooth delivery, and excellent customer care. I’ve only had the product for a few weeks.

I've had a Gaggia Classic for a few years now and got frustrated with the constant maintenance, so I decided to get a new espresso machine. After doing a lot of research, I found the Cafelat Robot. I wish I had known about this sooner. I feel like I've never had a real espresso, even from nice coffee shops, until receiving this. It is so easy to use and so wonderful tasting. The only issue I have with it is that I wish the legs were slightly wider and the distance allowed a slightly taller mug. However, I made a new base for it and bought some mugs that fit it better, so I was able to solve it on my own. I'd buy this again in a heartbeat, even over much more expensive machines.

Prix attractifs,bien emballé,service rapide.

Very good product (Robot) and great customer service.

A timely and trouble-free order. First rate experience.

Website was easy to browse and order the robot and accessories. Delivery from the UK to the US was fast and everything arrived as ordered. The robot is easy to use and makes consistently great espresso.

I live in the US and my experience w Cafelat Robot was nothing but pleasurable. I was constantly updated of when my package would arrive and when it did, it came packaged securely and neatly. I am so excited to be using my Robot, and so far I've already pulled some great shots. Thank you Cafelat Robot team!!
