Cadac Dometic Arvostelua 

Unser Cadac hat uns Probleme gemacht und wurde nicht mehr richtig heiß. Nach dem Kontakt mit dem Kundenservice wurde uns total schnell geholfen und nun läuft er wieder wie ne Eins! Toller Kundenservice! Herzlichen Dank dafür. Würde auch keinen anderen Campinggrill einer anderen Firma kaufen.

Sadly, like a few on here has experienced. Customer service is disgusting. Recently bought a stove, love the stove and it’s great, but emailed in for some advice and I’m being ghosted. Jokers

I just purchased the 2 Cook Turbo. It provides a quick release that you screw onto the side of the unit, and I have to say it is the worse design I have seen. You cannot get it back in the bag unless you unscrew the quick disconnect, and if you can zip up the bag you are likely to damage the union. Come on Cadac, you are better than this. Design your bag two inches longer and provide some protection.

Thoroughly disappointed with lack of correspondence. Emailed with fault with Ebraai, no reply after 5 days emailed again explaining disappointment, no reply so telephoned. Was assured it was on that person's desk to be dealt with and they would contact me, no response. Emailed again reflecting disappointment and was emailed back to say emails are dealt with in order received .... Funny how my disappointed one was replied to before the others!! Was given a returns label. Ebraai base was received 10 days ago, no acknowledgement from cadac's end, I know via tracking. Have emailed twice in past 5 days to ask for update #10340...nothing.
If response time is so poor, then surely an automated reply email should explain time delay.
Such a shame for a company that thrives on its brand name.

Great idea and at last got everything sorted, design and how it stores away.
Or so I thought, lasted just a few weeks before it started falling apart, literally.
Worst bbq I have bought and one of the most expensive.
So contacted warranty by phone they would not deal with my claim, only by email.
Email after email chasing up parts to be replaced trying to foid out what was happening.
Communication was none existant, I feel it was appalling in my case.
Items required turn out to be out of stock, one one was the bowl where the rivets had failed.
Having waited for many weeks out of the blue the courier emailed me that a delivery was coming my way.
At last, my parcel arrived with great anticipation I opened the box.
No note inside and not all the parts either.
So this is Dometic Cadac customer service.
I emailed again to find out what was happening to the missing parts.
While waiting for a reply the remaining parts arrived out of the blue.
Then I received a reply saying parts on the way!
Customer services said emails were sent but strangely I never received. So checked text ... nothing.
Me and my Cadac will be parting company soon.
Not impresssed at all and would not recomend it.

I have a Carri chef 50 and needed a spare part.contacted Domestic and was sent the part promptly. Great customer service.

Great service from Cadac. Needed a new Burner Pan for my Carri Chef 2. Customer Services sorted everything out within 5 minutes. New unit was packed and dispatched within the hour and DHL delivered the following day.

Fantastic ordered a spare part and came within a few days

I am disappointed not to have received a reply from Cadac regarding my enquiry made on the 3rd June. Reference number: 16679

Dear Customer Services,

I am writing to complain about the Cadac Portable 2 Cook Turbo FFD Deluxe that we purchased on 21 December 2025.

The product has only been used a handful of times, yet one of the burners has already failed and will no longer ignite. Given the limited use the appliance has received, this fault is extremely disappointing and raises concerns about the product's quality and durability.

In addition, we have found the plancha plates to be exceptionally difficult to clean. Despite following the recommended cleaning procedures, it has proven impossible to restore them to a satisfactory condition after use. By comparison, we previously owned a Party Grill 400, whose plancha surface cleaned up immaculately after each use. The performance of the Cadac product falls significantly below our reasonable expectations.

As the appliance has developed a fault within a short period of ownership and has not performed to an acceptable standard, I believe it is not of satisfactory quality. Consequently, I am requesting a full refund for this product.

I would appreciate your prompt response and details of the process for returning the item and obtaining a refund.

I would be grateful if someone could reach out to me please.

Fantastic customer service

Had an issue with my 2 cook 3 pro where the ignition click failed. A email through to the customer care team and they responded promptly and offered to send replacement parts free of charge or arrange collection for their team to make the repair. I opted to have to parts sent out. They arrived quickly as promised and within 10 minutes had them swapped over and the issue has been resolved. Can’t thank the team enough.

I bought a 2 cook 3 cook proDeluxe which came with a Quick Release coupling and a carrying bag.
It seams daft that the QR needs to be removed to put in the bag and you can't close the lid with the plates in place.
it wasn't easy to clean either.

the idea was great, but more hassle then it's worth.

Unser neuer, doch defekter Grill wurde anstandslos umgetauscht.Der Mann von Kundenservice war sehr freundlich. Da wir den Grill für unsere kurz bevorstehende Urlaubsreise unbedingt mitnehmen wollten, erhielten wir die Lieferung sofort innerhalb
2 Tagen. So einen unkomplizierten, zuverlässigen und netten Service findet man findet man heutzutage kaum noch. Vielen Dank nochmals.

Very impressed with Cadac products and customer service from Toria. I enquired about a missing quick release adapter and received it next morning.

Ich habe mir einen Cadac Grill gekauft samt Kartusche von Cadac und Verbindungsschlauch, welcher laut Auskunft zu dem Grill passen sollte.
Leider waren die Anschlussventile nicht kompatibel.
Katastrophe

I bought my third Cadac, I have them in different places. They're thoughtfully laid out, easy to use and really easy to keep clean. The last one didn't "fire" on one side so contacted Cadac. Within 2 hours they replied with an option of solutions and within the day the issue was resolved. Simple process helpful customer service and very quick resolution. Happy to recommend to anyone not just for the excellent product but also customer service

Grill, sieben Jahre alt. Gasleitung defekt. Angefragt wegen Ersatzteil.Kam innerhalb von einer Woche. Inclusiv neuer Dichtgummis und Schrauben. Auf Kulanz. Und das nach sieben Jahren Benutzung. Hab ich noch nie erlebt. So gehts auch. Daumen hoch!

unpacked all looked good untill i went to pack it away.
To pack this away you have to remove the elbow quick release coupling for the bag to zip up,to me it defeats the use of a quick release coupling and more to the point the thread stick out of the side which can easily be damaged.im come on DID you think it was going to be wrapped in bubble wrap,really dissapointed,would not recommend this product till Cadac Dometic sort the basic simple products out!

Our clumsiness resulted in damage to the gas pipe on our BBQ.

After sending photos to Cadac they suggested dropping it off with them to see what could be done. They kindly replaced parts and we are all good to go 👍
