The staff are always super helpful and respond really quickly. They were more than happy to accommodate Reggie's turkey allergy and provide an alternative Christmas dinner which I'm sure he will love!

I seem to share house with the fussiest…
I seem to share house with the fussiest dog on the planet Sadly the kibble was not to his liking. He refuses to eat chicken though he found some of the treats acceptable. I had to resort to hand feeding to persuade him to eat. Shame because I like your ideas. But not for us. Thank you

Hi Samantha - Wow, thank you! This is high praise indeed - for a new business like ours this really means a lot! We have a Caboodler Club and a Referral Programme that we'd love to talk to you about. If it's ok with you'll we'll get in touch to talk these through? Best regards, Simon
High Quality and very convenient.
The selected box arrived promptly which was good as we were going away for a few days with the dog. The food comes complete in an easy to use pack, one for each day (including treats) and is very convenient if you are away from home. The dog loved the food which is of excellent quality. The only downside is the cost, it is quite expensive.

Hi Zoe,
We're so sorry to hear about your experience and the frustration this is causing.
We've looked at the delivery address on your order and we can't see a house name or number detailed. This is usually flagged by DPD but in this case it hasn't been for some reason.
We've tried to get in touch with you via email and phone earlier today to ask for a house name or number and we'll share this with DPD so we can get your parcel delivery asap.
Typically our parcels and boxes arrive the next day so this is certainly not the norm for Caboodle and we're really sorry you've not had our usually speedy delivery.
Best wishes
Team Caboodle
