Santevia Water Systems Arvostelua 5

I made a large purchase over $400, and the following week after I ordered all items came on sale with a promotion to get a free water pitcher with purchases of $350 or more.
While I am still waiting for my order to be delivered I contacted customer support to suggest they honor the sale prices/promotions.......they refused to!!!
I wanted to purchase more but Santevia has lost my business over their poor customer support!

I have used Santevia for over 10 years. I started with the bulky counter system, bought another, after the original bascially wore out. Within months, the glass system was introduced. Supposed to be much easier. It is esthetically much nicer, however, the plastic filters and the plastic top container are garbage. They are poorly made, and they are impossible to fit properly. Defeats the purpose of filtering when water leaches down the sides. I just went through three new filters, and NONE of them work properly. I will no longer be recommending this product, and am now on a search for something better. The new shower filter took several years longer (than they kept telling me would take) to come out. I love this, however, they asked for prepay and then shipped it with other sales. So there was NO benefit to buying ahead, other than it filled their coffers until more made a purchase. I am done with companies who attract customers with their better for you products, and then don't deliver. I have wasted so much on these filters, hundreds on the systems and will not be buying more.

I just bought the glass water vessel with a filter and mineral rocks. I had been using the pitcher for many years and it was time to make a serious commitment. I know that the cost is a little high but well worth the peace of mind. Our water smells of chlorine most of the time. I’m happy to say my tummy issues have seriously improved and no smell of chlorine. Great product. I would recommend it.

Good service, easy to use water filter, and quick delivery when ordering new filters. Only downside, filters are a bit expensive. Loved the taste.

It is with great sadness I am writing this review as it is more about a bad customer service I have experienced while dealing with their faulty, badly designed product, than about a taste of filtered water.
We have purchased a classic water pitcher from this company about three months ago and when the time came to replace the filter, one of the pitcher's lid components simply fell off of its tiny hinges. To be more precise, I am talking about a little triangular spout cover located in front of the lid (1.5" x 1.5" x 1.5") that rests on two little prongs allowing the water to flow freely out of the pitcher. We tried to put the cover back, but it appeared that the one of the hinges was permanently missing. We never damaged it, the household strictly consists of all adults, neither the lid was ever dropped or mishandled. It was always gently handled and cleaned with great care according to the provided instructions. I have contacted the company asking for a replacement and was told that I could (insert sarcasm here) purchase the lid component for only $7.99 + $10 shipping + applicable taxes! Really? When I have expressed my disappointment, all the communication from the company was stopped and I never heard back from them. Now, we are stuck with an expensive, unsightly looking, pitcher that was damaged at no fault of our own. Once my new filter runs out, we are going to purchase a different system and get rid of this one.

Update: I was just sorting my old boxes meant to be put into a recycling bin and stumbled on to an old box that contained 3 Santevia replacement filters for the pitcher. Here we go: Made in China. How could I not notice that before?
