Buyer beware!!!! Shady Chinese company!!!
I ordered the GlacierFresh U03 800GPD Undersink Reverse Osmosis System with an estimated delivery of 2 to 8 days. The very next day they emailed me saying “Due to overwhelming demand, the U03 system has temporarily sold out…. Based on our current production schedule, new inventory is expected to be available in approximately one month.”
I immediately asked for cancellation and a full refund. I emailed them 3 times and they completely ignored my requests. Instead of processing my cancellation, they tried to bribe me with sets of filters and discount coupons. And the worst part? They are still actively selling the exact same out-of-stock item on their website right now. This is a blatant and unethical Chinese scam tactic, knowingly taking people’s money for products they don’t have in stock, then gaslighting customers with vague promises, delay emails, and fake compensation.
Their customer service is terrible, late-night replies, ignored questions, typos, and zero accountability. I have now wasted days chasing a simple refund for an item they never should have let me buy in the first place.
I have already contacted my bank to dispute the charge and reported them to various consumer complaint agencies.
Do not buy from Glacier Fresh. This is a shady Chinese company with terrible business practices. Save your money and buy from a reputable seller.

After using the glacier fresh filter, it was able to remove a lot of things out of the water at the campgrounds. I know the water quality here is not the greatest. The p h. here is very high and it removes the calcium as well. If I keep using this I am shooting for more of a life time of the faucets and it is better for my body. Thank you for coming up with a portable filter that works. The others is just a plane filter that removes some of these but not all or the majority of the impurities

I ordered my normal GE water filter 3 pack as usual. Not usual was that somehow I got something added to the the order; it was some sort of mat or device. I know I never ordered it because I still don't know what it's good for. I couldn't take it off the order so I sent in the order followed immediately by an Email to your customer service explaining the problem. The next day I got an Email from your customer service telling me it might not have been my mistake; maybe the website. I got my filters, an apology and now have an excellent opinion of your company. All companies make mistakes. The best ones simply right the wrong as quickly and politely as possible. Like you.

Ordered filters on a Saturday morning. Within 70 minutes, I realized I had ordered the wrong filters. I immediately e-mailed the company, both through their website and from my e-mail address, to cancel my order. No reply. On Monday morning, I repeatedly called their customer service number. Nobody ever answers. I e-mailed them again, but have received no reply. On Thursday, I received a notice that the filters I repeatedly tried to cancel have shipped.

We love the water filter. After nearly a year, the water still tastes great. The customer service was great, too. Quick response, helpful answers.

This is my second water filter unit from glacier fresh.
I bought one for my daughter and now I have one for myself.
I am so grateful for these units. The water quality has been so wonderful.
Both of my units are super easy to use and very worth the price.
I will eventually purchase three more because I have three more kids and all of them deserve to have good water.

First time buying from Glacier Fresh and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience, from the ordering, receiving and installing of the filter.

I purchased this filter after doing some research. I liked the design simplicity and the fact that it runs without electricity and fits easily underneath my kitchen sink.

The installation process was very simple but the instructions could be a little more detailed for plumbing novices. A helper to hold up the faucet will make it easier to fasten the nut underneath the sink.

I have communicated with customer service a few times because the initial water quality tests did not meet the specifications, and I have always received prompt and thorough responses to work out the kinks.

I have the Coolon cold water purifier. It actually helps my husband and I drink more water. It’s so easy to set up and use nothing to it.

I have been buying GE water filter replacements for years. The price continues to go up. Glacier has created a superior filter with RFID technology that is better than the OEM product. Plus they are less expensive making it easier on your household budget. I refuse to use anything else’s but glacier filters and you ships as well. You won’t be sorry

Highly recommend the countertop models. It takes up minimal counter space, has a nice design, filters water for great tasting clean water.

I purchased a 6-Pack of their XWFE compatible filters and not one of them worked. The RFID chips were not recognized and my refrigerator kept saying error. This company has zero customer service and they do not stand by their “money back guarantee.” They kept an endless loop of emails saying they were so sorry but refused to refund or offer any fix. Do not buy from this company.

UPDATE: After extensive excuses and wasting of my time, I did finally receive a refund. But let’s continue with full disclosure, Glacier Fresh only gave the refund after finding this review on TrustPilot. They also attempted to bribe me by offering me $5 via PayPal to change my review. If they would’ve done the right thing, the first time, this would not be an issue. Life is full of teachable moments.

The Glacier Fresh replacement filter for my GE XWFE Water Filter was a perfect replacement for my GE Cafe filter at a wonderful price instead of purchasing directly from GE.

We have the Coolon unit and can’t wait to take it with us on our RV trips this year. It will be perfect to sit on the counter and have cool clean water!

Purchased a gravity countertop canister as I was tired of buying bottles of water. I also wanted to be environmentally conscious. I can see my trash has come down a lot. In terms of taste, I have to say, the water tastes amazing. My issue is with the design and customer service. The canister has a flaw; it leaks at the bottom. Water is infiltrating through a welded part of the canister and then finding its way out through the bottom. Sadly, you wake to a water mess on the kitchen counter. The second part is customer service; no response after 3 emails with videos and pictures of the problem. Hopefully, they can fix this flaw and provide timely customer service.

Great fit. No leaks. Exceptional price!!
