Os explico que en mi caso compré la silla autoful bunny gaming chair por 275€ (mucho dinero) e hice el pago el jueves 19/03/2020. Hoy 24/03/2020 (han pasado 4 días laborales) aún no se ha empaquetado para enviarla y yo pagué el envío rápido ( "expedited shipping" por 6.44€ adicionales) que tarda de 3 a 10 días laborales. No hay ninguna noticia de que el pedido haya sido empaquetado y mucho menos envíado. Hoy es martes 24/03/2020 y si no veo ninguna actualización en estos siguientes 6 días, pediré el reembolso de mi dinero a mi cuenta de paypal.

Wszystko wygląda w porządku/Seems all right
Otrzymałem zakupione klucze licencyjne (McAfee oraz Windows 10) praktycznie natychmiast. McAfee aktywował się poprawnie - brak zastrzeżeń. Klucz Windows 10 jeszcze nie został użyty, w tej chwili nie mam takiej potrzeby. Póki co zakup mogę podsumować słowami: szybko, sprawnie, bez problemów.
I received the purchased license keys (McAfee and Windows 10) almost immediately. McAfee activated correctly - no complaints. The Windows 10 key has not been used yet, at the moment I do not have such a need. For now, I can summarize the purchase with the words: quickly, efficiently, without problems.

Po miesiącu oczekiwania wciąż nie dostałem kluczy. Wielokrotnie próbowałem kontaktować się z supporetem, większość czasu byłem ignorowany, a kiedy już ktoś łaskawie odpowiedział to cały czas kłamał mówiąc, że dostane je w ciągu 2-5dni, do tego praktycznie nie da się z nimi komunikować w języku angielskim (nawet nie mówiąc o polskim) ponieważ nie są w stanie zrozumieć bardziej złożonych pytań, a same ich odpowiedzi wskazują na użycie jakiegoś translatora.
Dodatkowo kilka dni temu dostałem maila o treści :
hi,
customer, due to official restrictions, there is no card for the time being, we will refund you.
I to jest cytat 1:1. Mimo to wciąż nie dostałem swoich pieniędzy czy kluczy.

After month of waiting my order is sitll not completed. I tried to talk with customer service but they cant even speak basic english (Doris person please stop using google translate). And most of the time i was ignored anyway. And when i wasn't ignored they lied to me all the time... "you will key in 2-5 days".
But there is more. After this long time of waiting i got emial :
"hi,
customer, due to official restrictions, there is no card for the time being, we will refund you."
And thats 1:1 quote. No capital letters, "no card" when i was buying keys and of lie. Cuz there is no refund. I didnt get my money back.
Worst shop ever.

Scam.
