The tags are way too brittle and prone to breaking. Ours lasted less than two weeks. I will update this *IF* I hear back from the company and get a refund. I don't have high hopes for it. This seems to be an example of all the money going into marketing and none into research and development. They aren't even worth the $10 they are now asking for them. The original price was a joke.

They Break They Break They Break. Finally going to give up on a decent tag that SHOULD have a stainless ring around the very BREAKABLE plastic tab that holds the ring that attaches to the collar. Lost the last one out of eight ordered at various times due to this breakage.

I ordered a tag for my puppy on 12/27/22, received a tracking number on 12/29 but since then, the package has not moved. Emailed the company, nothing. Filed a dispute with PayPal and I am waiting for the refund. Don’t bother, there are other reputable companies around with great customer service.

Made an order 1st of December 2022, it's now 29th of January 2023 and have not received my order. I have sent emails to the company in regards to the order and no response. Seems like a few other people have experienced this issue as well. Disappointing, hopefully the company resolves these issues as the product seems like a great idea and those who receive it have great reviews

Purchased 4 just before Xmas. Absolutely perfect and the ability to update the profile is amazing. With large dogs that some people may find intimidating the fact it says they are friendly is brilliant

Our girl was diagnosed with Addison’s disease a year ago. So we were looking for something to put all of her necessary medical information on. Came across ByteTags and absolutely love them! Super easy to set up a profile and now if god forbid anything ever happens to her she has all of her personal and medical information right around her neck. They give us such peace of mind. We bought several more in different colors and materials to match her other collars. Highly recommend!!

The only negative thing I have to say is, I'm made I didn't think of this first! Ordering was easy. My tags came in a timely fashion. Setting them up was a breeze. And I legit have less anxiety about my dog getting loose.

My dogs are escape artists. Have a husky and a Pomsky so not surprising. But having the tags make me feel a lot more comfortable even though they are microchipped it gives me another form of comfort!!!

Excellent product! I have not taken it off of my four dogs since I got them! My dogs get out frequently and this has already saved me with someone finding my pup! I highly recommend!

I received my bytetags and love them! They are light weight, durable, and unlike the metal tags - alert me if my dog is lost while giving the person who finds my baby everything they need to help them get home- including vet if they are hurt!

It gives me peace of mind to know this will help locate them if they get lost. They won't have to go to a vet to get scanned. I did change out the key ring, but otherwise all 3 have stayed in tact and are cute. I'm pleased.

I initially got a Byte Tag out of curiosity for my new pup. She recently got out and was returned to me within the hour. The Good Samaritan that found her scanned her tag and I instantly got her location since then, all of my dogs wear a Byte Tag! They are super beneficial. I still support microchipping but that usually requires someone to take your dog to a vet/shelter to be scanned. Byte Tag is instant! As soon as the tag is scanned, you get notified. I highly recommend these tags for all of your fur babies! They are durable and come in a variety of fun designs. For cats too!

You literally write a social media profile for your pet! The QR code is such an amazing idea and all the details you can put in is insane!!

We use these on each of our 4 dogs, we love the peace of mind knowing if one of our dogs were to run away they could be easily returned to us. The profile is extremely easy to set up and adding multiple animals to your account is fast! The second the QR code is scanned we get a notification! We recommend them to all our pet friends!

I bought 4 tags, on 4th Dec as Christmas presents, a month and a half later, a no show. Won't answer emails. I'm furious.

Tried to place an order today and they charged my bank account multiple times. When I went to contact the company, no phone number and just a "leave a message" via email. When I tried to call the company through a number that my bank gave me it was a personal phone number with a full message box. SCAM, do not use.
