I ordered a couple of clutch wallets and then yesterday I read these reviews and started worrying about my order. The wallets arrived today and I am pleased to say that I did not have to worry. The first thing to note is that people need to curb their expectations. The clutch wallets are not expensive for what you are buying, so you cannot expect premium luxury quality. Having said that, the stitching and quality on both of mine were good an dtotally up to scratch. The pocket on one was slightly off-centre, which is a bit off-putting, but as it was the "free" one, I don't mind. As for the phone storage, I use a Samsung S10+ which is not the smallest phone on the market and it fits fine. With a case on the phone it still fits but you can't close the pocket. So most phones with a screen protecter and slimline cover will fit, it's only if you have a large phone that you will need to worry. To sum up then, obviously some people have had bad experiences, mine was not and I will be happy to go out and about with my clutch wallet, phone and all.

I would give zero stars to By selena if possible. Sadly I too was conned by this disreputable company. My bags arrived with faulty stitching and more importantly phone does not fit into the pouch, which renders product not fit for purpose. Like other reviews I too received a reply from the lovely Emily. Her response did not address my feedback at all, she gave me the same information return to Australia at your own cost, blah, blah, very expensive, blah blah. What a sham of a company, do yourself a favour and DO NOT purchase their shoddy products. I will report them to fb.

Poor quality, cheap product, returns at to Australia even though they suggest and promote themselves as .UK
refund only 15% (or 25% if complain) - I asked for the 75% to be given to charity - no response.
They block comments on their social posts so they give inaccurate expectations to potential purchasers .
DON'T BUY - keep your business in the UK with better quality products and far superior customer service.

I have to be very honest, I did not expect much from my purchase after I had bought two bags before I read the reviews.

I got my two bags today and was very surprised by the quality of them. I have to say I am happy with them. It took 12 days to get them which wasn't that bad either.

I had two phone clutch wallets delivered - after reading reviews, I was apprehensive and a bit worried as to what was going to arrive. I am very pleased with the wallets and they are exactly as advertised - a few more card holders would be good, but overall a very neat and tidy bag :)

Buyer beware

Returns have to be sent to Australia at far greater price than the product is worth.
Customer support is utterly rude and uncaring but then why should they. They have your money and you have their useless product, which is too expensive to return.

Bought the 1+1 free offer yesterday.. Wish I'd seen the reviews first.. Looked like good quality bags, much better than similar ones on sale on ebay and was just what I was looking for.. Thank god I looked at these reviews.. I emailed them straight away and cancelled the order. I received a reply and full refund this morning. I had seen some very bad customer service on the reviews here so decided to write a very nice polite email explaining that my 'friend' had ordered them last week so I didn't need them, apologised for the inconvenience etc. etc.. I find that that sort of email normally has the desired affect rather than going in all guns blazing.. So if anyone has ordered these bags remember that if you want to cancel your order!! Xx

Don't buy this bag. Very cheep quality and customer service is appalling.

I ordered one of these phone bags but my iPhone 13 pro max did not fit in it. Nowhere on the website does it say that. On top of that when you try to return it, they do not have a U.K. address and expect you to pay the cost of returning the item to Australia which is ludicrous. They offered no concession except 15% off if I kept the bags which were no use to me at all. Dreadful.

I can only repeat what others have said on here. I too, ordered through facebook cos of 5* reviews, so dishonest and wish I had read them here first. They are absolute cheap plastic rubbish. I asked for a refund (when they eventually responded) and was advised I could send back at my own cost to Australia or have a 15% discount. Opted for discount and will re-sell them to at least get some money back. Don't know why I buy through Facebook, been caught before and now this. Please do not buy unless you want cheap plastic, wouldn't even insult someone by giving them as a present.

The wallet/bags I ordered were delivered in reasonable time but the printing on flap said “Originally from Korea” which I didn’t like. More importantly, after few weeks use a strap clip broke on both the wallets that I bought. I replaced the strap for one and then the fastenings on the body of the wallet broke. I think these are rubbish.
All the reviews on their website are 5 star which is highly suspicious. I left a negative review which I bet will not be published.

I read the reviews after I had placed my order and was very worried. However, my order was as described and arrived in a reasonable time.
I know it is too early the judge the quality but it all looks good to me and my i-phone fits the phone pocket.

Complete and utter con!!! I bought cross body bags a few weeks ago now, without checking their reviews on here. Not fit for purpose, phone didn't fit!!
Spent days emailing them and eventually got a full refund. I told them I would return if they sent me a prepaid return label, and said I would report them to fbook. Final response was full refund, if I didn't return they would sue me. My response was try and I'll make sure you'll be in all UK press. Money was refunded haven't heard from them since, bags still in cupboard unused.

Badly packaged, no invoice enclosed. Items not fit for purpose as do not hold a smart phone as advertised. one bag has faulty zip.

Oh dear, I wished I too had read these reviews! Trying to return but they haven't responded, my phone doesn't fit either and the whole bag is much smaller than their video leads you to believe Not happy!!!!

They deserve No stars . They are rubbish - cheap , Tacky and non existent customer services . I made the mistake to order a cross body bag - utter rubbish - wont even give to someone else as a gift ! No returns and everything is on sale so no returns . Waited 3 weeks . Comes from mainland China - Empirical Avoid !

Cheap, tacky rubbish. You are made to think they are in the UK. They are NOT! DO NOT BUY THIS RUBBISH. They also refuse refunds on sale goods yet advertise everything as a sale item so you can never return them.

Byselenauk is completely misrepresented...they are NOT in the UK and their bags are NOT good quality and they do NOT fit all mobiles...I have a current Samsung S22 ultra. They said they would refund if I sent back to Australia with postage absolutely no point! .....they are dishonest and unhelpful....

It is certainly not premium quality as described. The inside is not good quality material and crappy zip compartment. The returns address is Australia, they know you won’t want to send it back due to the return cost, yet the website is By Selena.uk. I wrote a review on their fb page and they deleted it. They are obviously not showing bad reviews. All misleading to get you to buy. Think twice before buying!
